What an unforgettable trip to Costa Rica with my family! From the stunning scenery to the warm, welcoming people and incredible food, everything exceeded our expectations. This vendor books private tours that allow you to go at your own pace and get to know your guide a little better than you might in a group experience. Our guide, Humberto was so great and very knowledgeable about the local scenery, wildlife, and culture. We appreciated hearing all he had to tell and show us. He took care of us so well and clearly explained the where, when, and how of our stops. The sights were amazing and the authentic Costa Rican lunch was so flavorful! So often you hear about the terrible experiences people have with the local tour groups but without reserve, I feel this was one of the best we've had.

Met Erlan while walking along the beach at Planet Hollywood, and so glad I did! He provided my family with a brochure of excursions his company offered, a variety that spans from extreme adventure to calm and relaxing. There's something for everyone! Most notable things, 1) Transparency - Erlan communicated when conditions were not safe for certain activities (choosing customer safety over profit), 2) Expectation Management - Erlan was clear with outlining when and what activities would take place; our tour guide Homberto was equally communicative throughout the activities allowing us to plan accordingly, 3) Extreme Professionalism - from advertisement to booking to day of activities Erlan and his team did such an exceptional job creating a comfortable and trusted experience that only made the actual excursion that much better. Though you may be able to book the excursion through different agencies... Erlan's team and price are what really sets them apart from everyone else. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience on this jungle safari tour and would highly recommend it! Our driver and guide was excellent—courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. He regularly checked in with us about our preferences and made the experience feel very personalized. The drive to the safari was about 1.5 hours, but it never felt long because he was very interactive, sharing interesting information along the way. Whenever he spotted a unique bird, animal, or something noteworthy, he would stop so we could take a closer look. The tour itself was fantastic. The coffee and chocolate tour was one of the highlights and provided a great insight into the local culture and production process. The rainforest safari was beautiful, with plenty of opportunities to see wildlife and enjoy the natural surroundings. We also visited a stunning waterfall where we spent some time relaxing and enjoying the scenery. It was the perfect addition to an already wonderful day. Overall, this was a well-organized, informative, and enjoyable tour with a guide who truly enhanced the experience. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Met Erlan on beach and provided great prices for 7 of us. We were able to go to waterfalls, thermal pools, sloths, and ended with coffee. Our driver Johnny was amazing too. He was so attentive to what we wanted to see. Would do this tour with the company again!!

Such an amazing time! We stayed at the Planet Hollywood resort and booked 3 different experiences with Erland. One day we did jet skis throughout our cove, we also did a small boat tour with 4 adults and three kids which was a blast! They picked us up right on the beach, we tried fishing, when snorkeling, saw a volcanic cave and explored other coves. We saw so many fish, sea turtles and rays. They made delicious guacamole, bean dip and a fruit platter. Perfect for adults and kids of any age. Lastly we did a full day tour with 8 adults an 5 kids (4, 4, 6, 6, 8) we started by viewing and swimming in a waterfall, followed by a coffee and chocolate farm tasting and tour. Then they took us somewhere for lunch which was delicious. We were able to order whatever we wanted off the menu beforehand. Lastly we went for a walk through the jungle with a guide seeing frogs, snakes, birds, and sloths. It was a wonderful experience for all! Given our group size and kids ages they really worked with us and made accommodations for what was going to work for us and our family. He was very open and told us what would work for the young kids and gave suggestions. Wish we had had time to book more!

We had a great time! Manuel was awesome and did small things that made a big impact on the day! The waterfall was amazing and the rainforest was awesome! Our guide there was amazing! She was able to spot lots of animals for us! The meal was the cherry on top! We would definitely book this again!
