Description

Join the group to explore most amazing attractions of Armenia! First up visit Garni, the only pagan temple which exists in Armenia. See the "Lavash" (Armenian bread) baking is one of the most beautiful and common Armenian national traditions before moving onto Geghard monastery, a complex which is carved in a cave. See Lake Sevan, a pearl of this mountainous country and one of the largest freshwater high-altitude lakes in Eurasia. Visit Sevanavank monastery complex on Sevan peninsula. Currently a religious seminary functions here which is not readily open to the public. The peninsula can be named the very point from where the whole beauty of the Lake Sevan is seen.

Guide Samvel & Driver Armen

We had a wonderful tour with our guide, Samvel, and our driver, Armen. The tour was conducted in Russian and was both very informative and engaging. Samvel is incredibly knowledgeable—you can ask him any question, and he will provide a detailed and interesting answer. He was also very enthusiastic about helping us take beautiful photos at the best viewpoints, making sure we captured wonderful memories throughout the trip. Armen was a very careful and caring driver who also shared his knowledge along the way, making the journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor and avoid

If you like tour with 50 people, a guide that talks like an AI and which gives no personal touch, this tour is for you.

Gyumri

Went on a field trip to Gyumri, really enjoyed it! Guide Karen talks about Gyumri and Armenia in general easily and interestingly, first in English, then repeated in Russian. It was very nice to listen.☺️ The bus is big and comfortable, the driver's name was also Karen (convenient, don't get confused 😅)

Bad lunch

Terrible lunch at an unreasonable price, even in the standard of tourist group meals, recommend to bring own food

Amazing sights.

Hyur service just doesn’t disappoint. Another amazing tour. Starting the day off with Garni, a temple with amazing atmosphere and next to the symphony of stones. Then moving on to Geghard which is a really cool church. And seeing the staff bake the lavash in an Armenian tonir is really cool, and it tasted amazing. Also, the food options for lunch were really good. Sevan lake was amazing, we got to take a boat ride around the lake. The view from the Sevanavank was breathtaking. Our tour guide Gayane and driver Araik were also professional. Gayane spoke really well English, Russian, and Armenian, and she spoke really clearly. She gave us lots of facts, stories, and information about where we were going. And Araik got us to all of our stops safely and found us great parking. Overall, an amazing tour that doesn’t take too long.
