We had a pleasant afternoon with Dan, our tour guide. He was able to switch and speak in French and English for the participants. Although we had already been in Quebec City, we learned interesting history facts. The bus was clean, modern and air conditioned. The waterfall at the end of the tour is impressive,

Peter, our guide was knowledgeable and personable, and provided a great driving tour of Quebec City. Falls were beautiful but 45 minutes to view them was not sufficient time.

Far too generalized. Drove by everything very quickly. Tour operator extremely loud. Instead of using a microphone and speaking into it in normal voice, she did not use it, but screamed her voice so people in the back could hear her, but deafened those in front.

Our lady shouted the entire time. One couple got off right before the falls as they had enough. Falls were beautiful, just getting there was painful.

Celine, our guide, was fantastic. I learned a lot and felt like I had a true tour of all of Old Quebec. The Falls were the best part, and I would have liked to stay there longer. The meeting place was a bit confusing.

We would rate this as one of the worse excursions in all of our travels. The driver and your guide screamed into her mic, drove with one hand, made abrupt stops, offered worthless information. One couple left making up that her partner wasn't feeling well. We would have done the same but wanted to see the Falls. We were 1 hour+ late in returning. Just awful experience and feel we should be credited for having endured the experience.
