We are a group of two couples on a tour of Peru from the river lowlands to the mountains. In Cusco we attended the cooking school class presented by Fernando. We made a ceviche, learned to make pisco sour, and finished making a beef stir fry of Lomo Saltado, with flames. We enjoyed tasty food and fun making the several preparations. We recommend!!
