We had a wonderful day visiting Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. The landscapes are absolutely stunning, and the tour was well organized from start to finish. Our guide, Adolfo, was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and shared interesting facts and recommendations throughout the day. He kept everything running smoothly while giving us enough free time to explore and enjoy each destination at our own pace. This tour is a great option if you want to experience two of Switzerland's most iconic alpine destinations without worrying about transportation or planning. I would definitely recommend it!
Very convenient option if you want to explore the region without needing a car or handling the logistics by train yourself. We visited Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen with our guide Roberto — he was great, sharing interesting facts about each stop and keeping the pace just right. I joined him for the optional Grindelwald cable car to Mount First (they sold the tickets right on the bus for convenience) — an amazing experience with breathtaking views! I fell in love with this region and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!
The guide did not give us too much information on the place we went to and the time given for the activities was very short. Additionally, they requested 70CHF.- for the main mountain trip in Grindelwald when the tickets were only 38CHF.- in the ticket store. We are already paying for the bus and the guidance, why should they charge us more than the tickets worth? If was below 5CHF.- I would understand, but it was not! The adventure ticket, which included 2 adventures besides the gondola to the top and bottom was 60CHF.- and they said ours did not include any adventure. The place was great but the guides and company were awful, they only made sure you wouldn’t miss the bus or gondola.
It was a horrible experience, first of all it was total waste of money of US$100 for just Grindelwald and lauterbeunnen, we could have easily gone to those two places from wilderswil with 30 US$ in train and guide service was very average. More important feedback was their coach didn't have proper air-conditioning, it was so hot and suffocating in the bus. So we hopped off their bus and paid extra money for train tickets. Please avoid this local tour operator for sure if you happen to visit Interlaken or any other places in Switzerland
