The wine tasting experience was wonderful and worth the fee. It started with an overview of the qualifications of an organic winery and very interesting information regarding the production of olive oil by the owner Mauricio. We toured the small barn with several batches of wine and a large vat of first press olive oil. After the short tour, we were seated in a lovely garden room and given small bites before each of 6 wines. Each wine was different, and Viola explained the differences to us with each pour. Mauricio's wife Christina helped serve. Christina took our orders for wine, oil and other goodies to ship back to the US. We cannot wait for them to arrive. Excellent experience and definitely a very personal introduction of the workings of an organic winery.
I was recommended to visit this winery by one of my tour guides in Florence (Dimitri), and I have to say, what a treat it turned out to be! Your family-owned winery truly made me feel like part of the family from the moment I arrived. Everything about my visit was fantastic—the wine was absolutely exceptional, the food was delicious, and the company couldn’t have been more inviting, especially the sweet dog who added a special touch to the experience. Receiving my shipment recently felt like bringing a piece of heaven on earth into my home!!
This was the best experience we have had ! We come to Italy once a year and by far this was amazing! So personal and informative not to mention the wine is fantastic!! Personal tour by the owner himself!
Nice experience we found the tour only somewhat disappointing / limited. No walk through the vines only seen some olive trees.
Excellent experience, lovely location, friendly staff, good food. Cost, benefit....good External and interior space beautiful
Maurizio Brogioni, the owner and host, is rightfully very proud of his Winery. He provided an entertaining and informative experience as he discussed both his wine and olive producing initiatives. The tour was excellent and the drive getting to his winery was almost as fun!
It was a memorable experience! We loved the place, the story, the snacks and of course, the wines. As for Mauricio, the owner of the vineyard, he’s a living legend. We could have easily spent hours just by listening him.
Great experience, magnificent wine and great food. Maurizio and his wife are very nice and competent! We bought both the wine and their oil, both great!
Wonderful spot! Maurizio and his wife run a great little winery. We happened by and dropped in. Very nice spot in the hills of Chianti. Great wine as well.
Mr. Maurizio was very friendly, the vineyard is beautiful and the wines and olives are wonderful. Great accompaniment indications for the Chiantis. Balsamic olive oil won me. But whoever won the scene was the Spritz (the winemaker dog 😍)
