Bilal was amazing! The morning of our tour I almost cancelled as we planned to explore stuff on our own. I am so glad that we stuck to our tour plan! It was the best part of our vacation. Bilal was so informative of the area and it was so fun to learn about the park. We could tell he has a passion for nature and the area (I’m convinced he would be an amazing history teacher)! My 9 year old didn’t say much during our trip but still talks about all the things Bilal taught us. We so breath taking views and also were in a buffalo jam. Best money we spent on vacation! 10/10! Our pictures were a bit hazy due to fires in the area but still so beautiful!
We had a great time on this tour! Bilal was a tremendous tour guide. He picked us up on time and had breakfast waiting in his very clean and comfortable car! He was friendly, personable and extremely knowledgeable about everything we were seeing. He was able to identify animals from the car and then pulled over to let us view. He gave us plenty of time to look at everything and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. One of the most beautiful things I think I have ever seen in person was the sunrise on the Tetons! I will never forget it.
We had an amazing tour with Jeff! We saw so many animals and he was extremely knowledgeable about the park and area. We kept talking about how wonderful the tour was and would highly recommend it!
Guide reaches out on Friday before our tour on Monday of Labor Day weekend. Their vehicle was broken down and they had a car that had seats for 6 but was smaller. I spoke with my group and they all agreed they would make it work. I told them we would. On Sunday, when I hadn’t received any further confirmation, I texted them to confirm and they cancelled. I had already paid at this point. They told me they would process a return of the $790 they had received. I still haven’t received the refund. Highly dissatisfied.
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. First and most importantly, we want to sincerely apologize for the delay in your refund. We processed it promptly on our end after the tour was canceled, but unfortunately, there was a delay in Viator’s system, which was outside of our control. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, and we’ve followed up with Viator to help prevent similar issues in the future. As for the tour itself, we truly appreciated your group’s willingness to make the smaller vehicle work. That meant a lot. However, after assessing the situation, we felt the alternative option wouldn’t provide the level of comfort or quality we strive to deliver especially for a private sunrise tour on a holiday weekend. For that reason, we decided it would be best to cancel rather than give you a compromised experience. We regret how it all unfolded and hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you in the future for a much better experience.
The views were amazing! Our guide Bilal was the best. He is so knowledgeable of all the best spots for photos, wildlife and history. We saw Elk, Moose and 3 Bald Eagle. I highly recommend using Tours of Color and Bilal.
Balil was a fun, kind and knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend this private tour if this is your first time to the area. We were able to see various wildlife, such as Bison, Deer, Trout, Bald Eagles, and Osprey. Also the breakfast and snacks were such a treat. Thank you, Balil, for the unforgettable experience. We are lucky to have our paths cross!
Wow! Bilal was an awesome guide. The morning was informative and we saw a lot of wildlife but the best part was the scenery. We covered several areas that were on my ‘bucket list’ and the trip was exciting and relaxing at the same time. A private tour is the way to go. The drive up Signal Mountain Road is a must. And we were fortunate to have a sunny beautiful day. Could not have asked for more. Beth M
Incredible adventure with the best tour guide- Itai. Our tour was personalized to meet our needs. We experienced breathtaking views, learned history, and saw some wildlife. Itai was a friendly, warm, and engaging host. I would 100% use Tours in Color again.
We had a wonderful time!! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, safe driver, and we felt comfortable asking questions. We saw quite a few moose, mule deer, bison, prong horn, various birds and even watched an otter play for a little while. Of course, the scenery was beautiful!! The breakfast and coffee stop were tasty! I would highly recommend the half day tour of Teton!!
Itai was our guide and was super polite and very knowledgeable. The Grand Teton is a must see and this was a great tour! 10/10 tour!
