Arrival Pick Up Details:- After clearing immigration and custom go out to the arrival hall. Use the first door on the right exiting the terminal at the Information Desk. Once outside turn right and walk towards Groovy Grouper Bar behind the barricade our airport agent will have a sign with your name. Please identify yourself to the agent and she will escort you to the private vehicle that will be waiting for you.

A nice mix of tourguiding and driving. Santino gave us a little history of each town we drove through.

Booked Viator for a round trip transport in Jamaica. Their driver, Kevin, was a complete nightmare. He was insulting women and eruptions not shut up. What a horrible experience. He then went to talk about how blank women are aggressive and that they only get married to men who have no other choices. The monologue was horrible and we wanted to simply get out and forget about the transport. Never booking with Viator ever again off they can’t properly vet their drivers or train them on appropriate conversations with customers. It was horrible!!!!

Wonderful trip from the airport to the Lady Hamilton. Our driver was awesome!! He made great time while keeping our family of 4 safe and sound. Stopped for us on the way to pick up a few items.

Our flight got in a little late and we ended up waiting over an hour for our first transfer from the airport to the hotel. It sort of felt like we were shuffled around for a while and when we started talking with another provider our ride appeared. Andy, our driver, was so fabulous and kind. He also brought us back on time and with great local insights to share.

We are currently staying at the resort. Everything so far is amazing. Just eaten at the mexican restaurant, our waiter, Kanye has been the best. Lovely friendly and helpful. First class! As are all the lovely staff here.

The driver was the same driver to the hotel and back to the airport , he was making weird noises the entire time , sniffing , clearing his throat and just making weird sounds . Not trying to be mean but it was extremely annoying for me and my husband . Did not talk at all to us which is fine . Definitely not worth the price to have a private driver

We spend a week at Grand Palladium Mntego Bay, at Lady Hamilton side, such a beatutiful place, with a charming beach over watching the sunset....The staff its so warm, so nice, so helpful, everything was so great
