We booked this tour through Viator expecting an English-guided service. Unfortunately, the tour is not suitable for English-speaking tourists, as minimal information is provided in English, and the experience is uncomfortable. We are also touring with a group different from the one we booked.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding your recent tour experience. In response to your comments, we would like to provide the following clarifications: 1. We are an international travel company focused on providing quality services to visitors from all over the world. The guided commentary is typically delivered in a balanced manner, with approximately 50% of the information shared in English and 50% in other languages, depending on the group composition. We apologize if this distribution did not meet your expectations for a fully English-guided experience. We continually review our guides' delivery to ensure clear and accessible communication for all participants. 2. The tour you booked is a shared group tour, which means guests may be joined with others, this is a standard practice for this type of service. We understand that a private experience may have been preferable for you, and we would like to highlight that we do offer private VIP tour options for guests seeking a more exclusive and tailored experience. We would be happy to assist you with such arrangements in the future. 3. We are truly sorry to hear that you felt dissatisfied with the tour. Our aim is to provide enjoyable and informative experiences for all our guests, and we regret that we fell short in your case. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will use it to review and improve our service delivery. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
