As you walk through these breathtaking royal residences, you’ll discover a world of delicate arches, carved stucco walls, and serene courtyards where light, water, and geometry come together in perfect harmony. Your audio guide brings each space to life—revealing the stories behind the Mexuar, the Comares Palace, and the iconic Court of the Lions, once the private domain of sultans and their families.
Wander through the Generalife’s elegant gardens, shaded paths, and flowing fountains, where water channels, flowerbeds, and panoramic views over Granada create a peaceful escape from the city. With this audio guide, you’ll discover how these gardens were designed as a royal summer retreat, learn the meaning behind the carefully planned landscapes, and understand the ingenious water systems that kept them alive for centuries. Step into the Palace of Charles V and encounter its striking Renaissance architecture, defined by a grand circular courtyard set within a bold, square exterior. As you explore, this audio guide explains why this palace was built inside the Alhambra, how it contrasts with the Nasrid Palaces, and what it reveals about the transition from Islamic to Christian rule in Spain. You’ll learn to read the symbolism, proportions, and design details while moving freely through one of the Alhambra’s most unexpected and fascinating spaces.
Climb the Alcazaba, the Alhambra’s oldest fortress, and take in sweeping views over Granada, the Albaicín, and the surrounding mountains from its watchtowers and ramparts. With this audio guide, you’ll explore towers, walls, and defensive passages while learning how this military stronghold protected the city and its rulers. After we stood in front of the entrance for 45 minutes and could not get into the Alhambra with our tickets from TripAdvisor, it was very frustrating. Only when I finally spoke to someone in charge after several attempts was it determined that the original tickets had not been sent to us. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend TripAdvisor as a result. Otherwise, our stay there was very impressive. Lots of historical information, very beautiful, intricate architecture. And of course the very well-maintained gardens. So ultimately a very nice day
We were 8 mins late and missed the tour but caught up w the group at the scheduled time to get in to the palace. The guide REFUSED to assist us in getting our tickets. Told us they were at a place that was closed a 15 min walk away. We waited time and energy trying to locate them after she lied. All while he had every one else's tickets ON HER PHONE and refused to allow us to have ours scanned. I understand they cannot wait if you are late, however we PAID FOR THOSE tickets and were at the meeting time for entry so there was no reason for us to not be assisted. Terribly upset.
Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, we believe this review has been posted for the wrong tour. Our experience is a self-guided visit with an audio guide. We do not provide an in-person guide or tour leader, and there is no guide meeting guests or holding tickets on a phone. Additionally, all entry tickets are sent to our customers in advance before the activity, so guests receive their own tickets directly and do not need to collect them from a guide. Based on the details in your review, it appears you may be referring to a different provider or tour. If so, we kindly ask that you review the booking details and consider updating or removing this review so it is associated with the correct experience. Thank you.
Excellent experience; the visit to the Alhambra and the Nasrid Museum is truly a life experience, and the gardens are magnificent. Highly recommended.
Booked tickets then was asked when do we prefer to come in: morning or afternoon. We ended up with tickets for 19:00 which was actually in the evening and too late for us as we needed to go back to the boat. Vendor could not change the time. They did not let us in sooner at the castle. Disappointed
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that the assigned entry time did not fit your travel schedule. As your booking was made only shortly before the visit date, availability was already limited. To accommodate your request as best as possible, we contacted you regarding your preferred time, and tickets were issued based on the available slots at the time of booking. Unfortunately, entry times are controlled by the venue and cannot be changed once issued, nor can visitors be admitted earlier than their reserved time slot. We understand your disappointment and regret that the available entry time did not align with your cruise schedule. We always recommend booking further in advance whenever possible, especially during periods of high demand, to ensure a wider choice of entry times.
Everything went well and we enjoyed our day. Was a bit worried that having taken my money something would go wrong and we would not be allowed in but all went smoothly. Thank you.
The view was wonderful, the organization for reserving tickets was very tiring. I booked the day before in the afternoon, and they said they would let me know for the confirmation. After hours, the tickets and confirmation arrive. I notice that the total paid is not equal to what is written on the ticket. I write to customer support, who are very helpful and quick, and they confirm that everything is okay. During the night, I receive an email apologizing that unfortunately the ticket has been canceled and there will be no charge... I write again to customer support. In the morning, they respond asking me to send a screenshot of the message received. Shortly after, they confirm that everything is okay on their end, the ticket is confirmed, and they did not send any cancellation email. It was most likely a fraudulent email. I am concerned about the security of my data. I don't know, maybe next time I won't use this site, even though I repeat that customer support was very efficient.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the visit and that our support team was able to assist you throughout the booking process. We would like to clarify that the email you received regarding a cancellation was not sent by us. As confirmed by our support team, your reservation remained valid and your tickets were successfully honored. Unfortunately, fraudulent emails can sometimes circulate online, and we encourage customers to contact us directly whenever they receive unexpected communications. We understand your concerns regarding security and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. At the same time, we are glad that the tour itself met your expectations and that the booking issue did not affect your visit. Thank you for choosing us.
The visit by itself was very good, unfortunately I paid $ 177 for two people with audio guide through Viator and after several confusing emails from them I ended up visiting Alhambra without any audio guide which normally costs only $44 for two people . Agent from Viator explained that they have a lots of people working for them hence the inflated price. Audio guide was missing because they sent the link to it late. Overall I would suggest to explore different options before committing to Viator.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your visit to the Alhambra. We would, however, like to clarify that the audio guide access information was sent several days before your visit, and the same details were resent when you contacted us. According to our communication records, the necessary information was provided in advance and remained available prior to the activity date. The price of your booking reflects the complete service purchased through the platform and is not solely the cost of the monument entrance ticket or the audio guide itself. We always encourage customers to review the messages and booking information sent before their visit, as they contain important details required to enjoy the experience.
They were very efficient and reliable; the tickets were sent via email, and they were the ones requested.
Greeting the tickets was a great saving Grace as I had left it late. The collection point was Puerta Justicia which was not a good place to start the tour. The main entrance would have been a better place to start. You need to warn people about the potential queue to enter the Nazrid Palace, which was thirty minutes in the Sun and 35° heat. Otherwise I enjoyed the visit very much and the website was easy to navigate. The audio tour could do with a little more information but it was also easy to use. Would definitely recommend the website.
You can admire beautiful monuments. Visited the parc and nasrid palaces. For a ticket that normally costs 21€. For which we paid 75€ each online. Find it so misleading that it is claimed online that you have to order your tickets in advance because otherwise you will have to queue too long. While we saw that it all went pretty smoothly around 11am. On the original site of the alhambra there it is even worse there they dare to charge up to 150€ per ticket. For us, this feels like a complete rip off.
