We had travel disruption and arrived later than expected. We sent emails and also called the company but they never answered our messages. We also contacted Viator and they were also unsuccessful at contacting the company. They did not pick us up and they did not offer a refund.
After a previous disastrous trip (from Gran Canaria airport to Costa Meloneras) we had a great return trip: The super friendly driver arrived more than 15 minutes before the agreed time, the impeccable transfer van. Recommended 100%.
Complete disappointment. Driver did not wait at the airport at all, the name sheet was on the table, instead of a car we got a mini bus and all this with a delay of 20 minutes. Complete disappointment.
