Fantastic even in the Glasgow rain; Vincent our guide was 💯 top notch, polite, knowledgeable and entertaining. He certainly knew his history. Two hour tour worth Every penny, I just loved it as did my family. Not too strenuous walk and it’s cheaper than the gym lol 😜 Honestly Great fun Not to be missed. 🏴👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Great tour around town. The guide Vincent was very knowledgeable and funny. The tour takes around 2 hours and takes you around the historic centre of Glasgow and Vincent explains the creepy and gory history you won’t get on a regular tour. Definitely book this if you’re looking for a fun way to spend an evening
Hi Dan, so glad you enjoyed discovering Glasgow's creepy and gruesome history...thank you for leaving this excellent review!
10/10 a must do when in Glasgow
Many thanks for your 5 star review Renee...great to hear you enjoyed the tour!
Vincent did a fantastic job of introducing our group to some truly great horror stories around town. I would especially recommend his tour to anyone interested in classic horror literature and the paranormal. The only downside was that we weren't able to follow up on all his recommendations (yet)!
Hi Rob, many thanks for this wonderful review...delighted you enjoyed the spooky atmosphere of the tour!
Murder, ghosts, and an amazing storyteller! Vincent walked us through the streets of Glasgow, telling ghost stories, creepy stories, and other various things that might keep you up at night. I highly recommend it if you want a tour that isn't a normal historic one.
Hi Lauren, thank you so much for your wonderful review...glad you enjoyed our creepy stories!
Booked the tour on a whim, but I am so glad that I did. Vincent is so engaging and has such excellent showmanship that the two hours went by in a blink. Being a gothic literature enthusiast myself, I was delighted to find so many connections between the works I have read and loved and the historic city of Glasgow. And Vincent has a way of connecting historic facts with spooky legends that I very much enjoyed. He's also very good at engaging individually with every member of the tour group, making everyone feel included. Best £24 (£12pp) ever spent! And I definitely look forward to reading Vincent's spooky memoir someday.
Hi Tahmina, I very much enjoyed chatting to you about gothic literature and other spooky topics during the tour...delighted you had a good time!

Hi, thank you so much for leaving this excellent review...If I get around to writing my memoirs, I will let you know!
We had a really good time during the tour. Vincent is an excellent storyteller and made the tour very interesting through combining facts, ghosts and history. He told scary truths about how people treated each other in the old times and we got an in-depth experience about the work and methods of grave robbing. He included scary details and questions, pushing our imagination. Is there something more between heaven and earth? Are there possibly ghosts walking among us? By quickly remembering our names and origins, Vincent made us feel comfortable and welcome. He talked to everyone in the tour and made us all feel equally included. We would recommend this tour to anybody who is interested in ghost stories and loves the mysterious and macabre or just wants an exciting view into the history of Glasgow, ghosts included : )
Hi Julie, thank you so much for your recommendation...it was great to show you the dark side of Scotland's largest city!
Our guide was Vincent and he did a SPECTACULAR job!!! Much of the city seemed to be under construction, but I think we still got a really good feel of the history of the city. I love learning about history, both light and dark. Vincent's knowledge of both and enthusiasm really made a memorable experience! We had a few young men of the city being ornery, but they were easy enough to ignore, and didnt detract too much from the great tour!! This was the first thing we did in Glasgow, and it helped us identify other things we wanted to do in the city!
Hi, very glad to hear you had a good time on the tour...hope you enjoyed your time in Glasgow!
My friend and I booked this last minute and so glad we did. The tour lasted over two hours and was full of fascinating facts about Glasgow's history with links to famous literary characters and horror actors. Our guide, Vincent, was extremely knowledgeable and a great performer, telling us spooky stories in addition to the historical facts. There were only six of us, all women, on a quiet Sunday night (Unusually for Scotland, especially on a bank holiday weekend, the weather was a scorcher so everyone else was outside drinking). Vincent made a point of learning all our names, where we were from and a bit about each of us, making it a more personal experience. Professional at every point, he was friendly, welcoming and approachable, making it easy to ask questions and join in with the fun. I saw some earlier reviews stating disappointment regards the lack of horror stories. This isn't a horror tour nor is it described as such. What it is is over two hours of learning interesting things about the city, its past inhabitants and wonderful historical buildings. Thanks both to Vincent and the other ladies on the tour - I hope you all enjoyed the rest of your trip to Scotland. - Lynne
