Rona was a great tour guide. So passionate about history and letting us know the famous paintings in the churches and the history of the buildings. I really enjoyed her. She was flexible and did not rush us at any point. She gave us her suggested restaurants and we tried one after the tour and it was really good (Dolphin). She even stopped for a much needed drink to refresh us in the 90+ degree heatwave here in August. The gondola ride was really nice but kinda short only 20 minutes. Don’t expect them to sing to you, they say that only really happens in Las Vegas.
We booked gondala ride with private walking tour in Venice and our tour guide Soroush was AMAZING!! He went above and beyond. I had asked to change our pick up / meeting location to our hotel and he was happy to do so. He provided so much information and is very knowledgable. There were a few places I wanted to stop in and he encouraged that which was so nice. He was so thoughtful and went at a great pace! If you can get him as your tour guide you will not be disappointed. The gondala ride was nice however it was suppose to be 30 minutes and it ended up being just shy of 20 minutes, HOWEVER it was not Soroush who gave this tour, so don’t let this deter you. We will be back again in the future and will request Soroush!
A fantastic private tour through Venice! Our guide took us to so many interesting locations around the city. We had a wonderful time.
Soroush was a great tour guide! He showed us beautiful sites in the very hottest time of year. His knowledge was enlightening. Not to mention the Gondola ride in the middle of the tour as it was so hot and we needed a break.
Rona was great and provided an excellent introduction to Venice. We loved the experience.
Great private walking tour by our knowledgeable and considerate guide Sherry. She met us at our hotel and was flexible with itinerary based on our wants and needs. She took photos like a pro along the way.
Amazing experience and Reza our guide was a fountain of knowledge and charm. We had an amazing time
Would 100% recommend!!!!! Rona our guide was lovely and extremely knowledgeable. She took us to places we would have never found and was able to answer any questions we asked. The tour was finished with a beautiful gondola ride. A must if its your first time in Venice.
Our guide Hossein (Tony) was great. His love of Veniece really showed. He was patient with us as we had difficulty getting to him, which we really appreciated. He set up the gandola ride as well.
How fortunate my family and I were to get Reza as our guide for the Venice walking tour. He combined the warmth of a family friend with the knowledge of an expert historian. He is actually pursuing an advance degree in Hisrory. Perfect relaxed pace. We learned so much from him and had ample opportunity for q and a’s. From the history of Venice from its beginnings to the stunning architecture of its unique churches and government it was a great learning experience. Capped off by a relaxing gondola ride. Highly recommended! Thanks Reza!
