- Please note that the audio-guided introduction is offered in English, Spanish, Italian and French.
- Please note that in case of high tide (acqua alta) gondolas might not be able to complete the itinerary that passes underneath the Bridge of Sighs and an alternative route will be provided
- If you choose the random seat, a spot next to your partner or family may not be guaranteed. You can also be seated in a different gondola.
- Not recommended for travelers with severe mobility issues

Your instructions for finding the meeting place were very confusing and the reps were not terribly helpful either. The gondola ride was very, very short for the price.
No warning about bringing you ear buds for the audio guide. Felt like a herd of cattle. Told to be at meeting point 15min early and had to wait 1/2 past the time. Didn’t get on the gondola for another hour. Would recommend just highering a local driver by the canals. They were everywhere.

Scam! Run away There are so many agencies that organize tours that you don’t have to choose them! We had booked a gondola tour for 2 and we were not on the same! Crazy! They didn’t want to do anything! And besides, they didn't get us on it because too many people! They were arrogant and unkind! Go your way!

This tour went great. However, my husband and wished we had gotten our own gondola. We were sitted up front away from each other, and wasn’t able to get the photos we hoped for.
Our guide took us for a walk around Doge’s place and shared stories to relate to the place better. After that we had Gondola ride. In fact , due to the soaring high rates from direct gondola folks in the previous two days , we were about to miss this attraction from Venice when on the last day morning we saw a much cheaper option from Viator . We were actually wondering if it’s fake but the truth is it was very much real and we had a fantastic experience with our Guide Massimiliano and gandolier . Venice canal is beautiful . If I ever go to Venice again, will book the ride again with Viator.
