From check in to lunch following the ride the entire experience was phenomenal. Check in was an easy process. We were fitted to the bikes we would be riding on the tour and had plenty of time to do a test drive before we met Orla. Orla was very nice and informative. She remembered all of our names which was quite impressive. She answered all our questions. She was concerned about our well being throughout the entire tour. She is awesome and I would definitely recommend her as your tour guide. She is informative and super nice and safety first. We also had plenty of time for pictures throughout the tour. The was great for singles, couples, and families.
Kenya!!! I've answered so many reviews and I don't think that I've ever seen a review that captured our Orla so perfectly. You crushed it. Thanks so much!!!
This was a superb experience. Marcus was an excellent guide who knew all about the San Francisco area, and he navigated the nike route with ease. I would highly, highly recommend Blazing Saddles
Glad you enjoyed your guided tour with Marcus. We really appreciate you highly, highly recommending us@
Great way to see a portion of the city and travel the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Spending a few hours in Sausalito afterwards was spectacular. Having Bill as a tour guide made the trip extra special. He was so knowledgeable and was very informative. .
Alec, so glad you enjoyed your guided tour with Bill. He loves sharing his local SF knowledge with our guests. Plus, that guy is funny, right?
Excellent tour, excellent photography opportunities of the city and Golden Gate Bridge.
Eric, yep, epic photo opportunities are what we specialize in!
An excellent experience would definitely recommend this tour, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable guide (Ginger) and staff
Wonderful experience. I was looking forward to this tour and it did not disappoint!
What a day, friends and family. Pick up was pretty straightforward. No up selling pushed. Ran through the process, picked up the bikes. They ask for a 25ft test ride indoors to ensure the bikes are good. One failed and they swapped out in a minute. Phone holders on the bikes make a tour easy and we visited some places around town…..sadly one of the bikes had a mechanical issue, called the number and Ronaldo came out in 10 minutes with an upgrade. No quibbles, just an apology and whatever the guys could do to get us back on track. Awesome, 100% would recommend…and a lovely surprise when you return too! Thanks BS!
Wow, we love a good 100% recommendation!
The entire experience from check in to e-bike drop off was a delight. Orla was our guide and I was in a group of nine adults including myself. The Blazing Saddles Staff extremely attentive and professional. The e-bike was solid and it inspired me to invest in one! Orla was attentive, patient and provided terrific insight as we rode up to Sausalito CA. I decided to ride my e-bike back to home base after grabbing a drink and snack with everyone in Sausalito CA (about 40 ride back). ✨💪🧡
Randy, wow, sounds like you had a blast on your guided e-bike tour with Orla. Thank you!
Great way to see the Golden Gate Bridge and learn more about San Francisco’s history. You are allowed to keep the bike after the tour so if you are keen to explore more of San Fran on a bike I would suggest the morning tour so you can explore yourself that afternoon.
Sarah, thanks, come visit us again anytime!
Awesome day with Marcus and Tayo (sorry if I misspelt) Excellent information provided by wearable speaker. Electric bikes were easily to operate and needed for some of the hills. Great recommendation for lunch and awesome phot opportunitiies. Staff were really helpful.
Watty, so happy you enjoyed your guided tour with us. We added the speakers recently and our guests love them!
