The tour with Bein Harim was enjoyable. But the best part was Avi, our tour guide. His knowledge of the history and cultures made it interesting and his humor kept us lively!
Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your tour with Bein Harim and that Avi's expertise and humor made it a memorable experience.
This was my first time in Israel, ive always wanted to visit Golan Heights, i booked this tour and I can honestly say our tour guide 'Avishai Levi' was so passionate, amazing, informative and extremely kind and helpful. He took his time to explain things properly, and made the tour super fun. You can really tell that Avishai was extremely knowledgable about this area. I would like to Thankyou Mr Avishai Levi for making this tour super fun and memorable. Being back home now from Israel, I can still remember my Golan Heights tour. This was very special, Thankyou once again, from Rashi :)
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you had such a memorable experience exploring Golan Heights with Avishai Levi. He is indeed passionate about his work, and your kind words are greatly appreciated. We hope to welcome you back on another adventure someday!
We booked a multiple day tour from Bein Harim and this was our third day. We were picked up with a short delay of fifteen minutes (just as it is written in the documents they have sent). This time, we only had a driver and a tourguide in one, which made it a bit more difficult to understand. Sometimes, the guide interrupted while speaking, because he needed to focus on the traffic. And sometimes, we could not hear him well enough, because he turned his head aside to lock at the traffic. When he did this, his mouth was no longer in front of the microphone, wherefore a headset would have been better. Nevertheless, it is an interesting tour and gave an insight into the country of Israel by a perspective of defense. It was interesting to see the neighbour countries on the Mount Tal, to see the military base there and to even see a butterfly (Dovetail) there. Also the visit in Katzrin was great, especially because the celebrated on that they the anniversary of the Yom Kippur war (the victory of it). What also needs to be mentioned is the love for Israel our Tourguide Abishai showed. He told us some insider facts about Israel as for example the reason for the star of David in their flagg. There is one thing you'd need to consider when going on this tour: Toilets are generally available, but not at every stop.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent tour with us. We're glad to hear that you found the tour interesting and that it provided you with insights into Israel's defense perspective. Abishai's passion for Israel and his sharing of insider facts added value to your experience, and we appreciate your recognition of his dedication. Thank you for highlighting the availability of toilets, and we will work on ensuring that guests are informed about restroom stops during the tour. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you on more tours in the future, and we will strive to make your next experience even more enjoyable.
Running out of gas in the middle of the highway and having to figure out how to get back to TelAviv as the driver/tour guide made no attempt to help us
We apologize for the unfortunate situation you encountered during the tour. It's indeed rare, and we understand your frustration. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.
I nearly didn’t book this tour but I’m so glad I did. Eyal (apologies if I spelled your name wrong) did an amazing job of showing us around the Golan Heights which shouldn’t be missed on a trip to Israel. We saw so much, more than I had anticipated but the highlight for me was seeing the Syrian and Lebanon border from Mount Bental. We visited Katzrin which reminded me a bit of Pompeii, we had great views of the Sea of Galilee from a kibbutz, visited a baptismal site and also stopped for more amazing views and photo opportunities. There were plenty of toilet stops and opportunities to buy water/food. No unnecessary trips to factory shops thankfully. My kids loved this trip too. Thanks for a memorable trip Eyal. (One small negative - one of the bathroom stops on the way there was awful (poo stains everywhere, used tampons on the floor) and apparently you have to pay for loo roll which you don’t know until you ask in the shop. The other loos were all good!)
Thank you for sharing your experience with our Golan Heights tour. We're thrilled to know that you ultimately decided to join and had a memorable time. Eyal sure is worthy of your praise for his efforts of doing an amazing job and it's wonderful to hear that the tour exceeded your expectations.
The tour to Golan Height provides an opportunity to see beautiful countryside scenery besides religious sites. The drive is a little less than 3 hours each way. The tour guide Abi is very good so is this tour company.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're delighted you enjoyed the stunning scenery during the Golan Heights tour. Avi and our team appreciate your kind words.
Amazing tour with Yoav! He drove our small group all day while discussing in detail about the history of Israel and how it came about. He took us to see some of the most breathtaking views of the Galilee as well as the Israeli borders with Syria and Lebanon. Definitely a memorable tour, than you!
We're delighted you enjoyed the historical tour with Yoav! His expertise and the stunning views truly make it a memorable experience. Thank you for choosing our tour!
It was a tour to Sea of Galilea and Golan Heights. Everything was great, but the best were the guides, ITAMAR and ABI. Thanks guys!!
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled that you had a great tour with Itamar and Avi as your excellent guides. Your appreciation means a lot to us. Looking forward to more adventures together in the future!
Enterprise is very good and so are the professionals in general. They comply with the agreed schedules and master the history of each place very well... they are also always attentive to the safety and comfort of the passengers. I commend the work of Yoav Malachi, the driver and guide who made us all the way
So happy you came away with a tour experience that was well worth it and is cherished always.
The tour had only 4 stops + 1for lunch. We toured the Golan Heights from the bus. Very disappointed. The guide was fine, the bus comfortable but overall it was not what I expected
We apologize for not meeting your expectations during your recent tour. We strive to provide a high-quality experience for our customers and regret that we fell short on this occasion.
