We were staying at the Hilton Jumeriah Beach Feb half term 2025. Safwat was at the desk next to wave breakers and we approached him. (I think this is important to the people who don’t want to be mithered). The kids (13 and 10) wanted to go on a jet car before we even knew about them! (TikTok) so we knew it was something we had to do! It worked out about £100 (maybe a little less) each person and because our 10 year old is small they let 3 of them in one car. (2 large seats) Subister was our jet ski host and did he do a good job!!!! My husband and the kids said he was amazing! He took them around, let them play on it/steer and ride round! The top speed is 44mph which doesn’t sound a lot but is fast on the water! We got the red Ferrari and it was worth the money for them to say that it was one of their highlights of the trip! (We did the Burj Khalifa, miracle gardens, Global village, Atlantis Waterpark, meet the penguins, Ferrari land, fountains, Dubai mall and the Dubai eye!) Thank you for the experience and we will visit you again soon!

Excellent experience! We are a family of four, with two children. We were worried as we knew we couldn’t go to fast with young children, however this was not a problem at all, the leader was supportive and never rushed us, constantly checking in and making sure we were ok. The trip took about 80 minutes and was an amazing experience and real good value for money.

False information given to us We were told we could use the jet ski to go in and out of the palm but once paid and given the jet ski we were told we can only go around the palm. Mis sold!!! Very disappointed Also there’s no insurance if you have an accident be prepared to make a large cash payment AVOID this company

Unfortunately misunderstandings do happen and I believe this was the case here between you and one of our sales team members. Entering The Palm with a PWC is prohibited by the Dubai coast guard. Our staff is aware of this law, and our marketing material explicitly states that the tour takes place around The Palm and not inside it. I hope that clears up any confusion.
Had a great time on the Jet Ski! The boats are well kept, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Well worth the price.
Very nice staff and fair prices. We are very pleased. My wife and daughter went together. My son and I alone. Tomorrow we will book the one-hour tour and drive to Burj Al Arab and back. The weather is perfect, no wave and the jet skies are modern, no comparison to the cheap equipment in Egypt.
We did this activity as a family, 2 jetski's for a family of 4. Hiring was expensive but a one-off experience for the family so we did it. The instructors were polite, helpful and fun. We had a great experience and would recommend people to try this.
