We joined the Golden Hour kayak tour and it was one of the highlights of our entire island vacation! Paddling out as the sun began to set created the most breathtaking scenery — the water glowed, the sky was painted in vibrant oranges and pinks, and the views were absolutely stunning. Our guide, Amy, was phenomenal! She was so kind, patient, and incredibly informative, sharing wonderful insights about the area while making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. It was a perfect night with a small, intimate group, which made the experience even more special. My 8-year-old twins had the absolute best time — they were smiling ear-to-ear the whole paddle! This tour was engaging and accessible enough for kids while still feeling like a true adventure. I can’t wait to come back and bring my oldest son and husband next time. If you’re visiting the island, this is a must-do experience. Highly recommend booking the Golden Hour tour — you won’t regret it!
We had a lot of fun would definitely do it again however next time we will try morning/ day time!!!!
This was the best time I’ve have ever had the amazing lady behind this is so nice and I had a great time so did the rest of my family she was showing us everything and let us do what ever we wanted while being safe it was truly a blast and a 10/10 experience with her and my family A MUST DO FOR VACATION!!!!

The sunset view was absolutely stunning! Amy was so friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't See a whole lot of wildlife but the scenery in itself was totally worth it .

Great tour with Amy as our guide. She was very knowledgeable. We loved the sunset and got to see some cool animals. A bonnet-head shark, a ray, and a tulip snail to name a few! Night kayaking was fun and I would highly recommend this tour!
I found Glow Boats Kayaking while I was researching different kayak tours for my family during our first trip to Anna Maria Island. I’m so glad we booked a last-minute sunset tour with Amy. The clear kayaks are a cool concept alone, but add in a lighting system and go out at sunset and talk about a very memorable experience! Amy is incredibly passionate about her work, and very knowledgeable about marine life in the area. My daughters ages 13, 11 and 8 (who have all kayaked before) really enjoyed this unique experience! (We had tandem kayaks for the younger girls and my oldest paddled solo.) I would definitely recommend it for any active family/groups visiting AMI!
