The choice of times of departure of the walking tour is great - the 5pm option is very convenient if arriving in Glasgow on the same day. The tour guide, Dave was friendly and highly knowledgeable about his home city. He imparts a huge amount of detail at the interesting stops and along the way. The tour covers the main sights in the core city centre area. Dave explains the history using some of the impressive murals in the city as well as the coat of arms. As a first-time visitor to Glasgow, I had a much deeper understanding of the city following the tour.
Steven was a great local guide, giving us a really nice mix of information (stories, myth, historical fact etc)!
We had a fantastic tour with Louise. She explained Glasgow’s history, art, and architecture and was able to answer my many (many) questions with ease. She was warm and engaging and a wealth of knowledge - I recommend this tour if you want a better understanding of Glasgow! I think we would have benefitted from having whisper mics / audio devices to hear more clearly amid the road noise, but otherwise it was great!
Lisa was very informative and spoke clearly and loudly with some humor when appropriate. Really enjoyed the tour
Had the tour with Stephen. A born and bred Glaswegian with a passion and in-depth knowledge of the city. Definitely recommend doing this tour.
We were given the tour by Stephen who was an excellent guide with a vast wealth of knowledge of his home city. His soft Glasgow accent was good to listen to and his sense of of humour went down well. We would highly recommend this tour.
The tour was really informative, entertaining and was the perfect pace
Fantastic tour within central Glasgow. Informative, no hurry and nto a great deal of walking. TY so much to our guide Lauren for really going the extra mile - gave 2 hours of her time (suppose to be 1.5 hours) for a group of 5, gave recommendation for dinner & other fun things in Glasgow. Really a GREAT GREAT tour guide. ***** 5 Stars for Lauren
We did the tour with Stephen. First class, a great bloke with in-depth knowledge an I would definitely recommend doing this tour.
I had an absolutely fantastic time on this Glasgow walking tour with Lauren. She brought the city to life with her energy, humour, and incredible knowledge of local history. What I loved most was how she blended well‑known landmarks with hidden gems I’d never have found on my own. Lauren made everyone feel welcome and kept the pace relaxed but engaging. If you want a tour that feels personal, insightful, and genuinely fun, I can’t recommend Lauren enough.
