The train ride was very enjoyable. Our guide, Lincoln, was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to people in the Zurich area.

The booking process is confusing and charges are not transparent. Tickets included and seats not clear Tour guide Lincoln did well to guide us throughout.
We were initially disappointed that we did not receive a German-speaking guide. But Salma was simply great. We understood each other even with limited English skills, and when it was really difficult, we used our phone for help!

We booked this tour just looking online and were excited to adventure out. Salma was our guide and she was amazing! We met her per the clear instructions at the Zürich train station. After waiting over 30 minutes for another family who didn’t show up, we set out on our day. We were fortunate to basically have a private tour! We took the train to Chur and then continued on from there on a different train. She showed us about the panoramic train where the windows go down so you get an unobstructed view of the Landwasser Viaduct. The views on this trip were phenomenal! She told us about the area, life in Switzerland and we got to know her personally, all while taking in a gorgeous train ride. There was a problem with the train, which we had to disembark from (no fault of hers) and ended up getting to St. Moritz late, but we still got our time there to walk around and have a meal together. Our train ride back, while it was the same journey, was even more beautiful because the sun was lower in the sky, throwing shadows on the mountains and some clouds were rolling in…gorgeous! We consider ourselves very lucky to have Salma as our guide, we can’t say enough about her. Absolutely loved our experience!!
