Pickup from Hotel & Start of the Tour Driver and Guide Pickup: Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo. Travel Time: Approximately 30–45 minutes (depending on your location)
Giza Pyramids Complex First Stop: The iconic Giza Plateau, home to the Pyramids of Giza: The Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops) Pyramid of Khafre (Chephren) Pyramid of Menkaure Sphinx of Giza Activity: Explore the area with your guide, who will explain the history and significance of each monument. You’ll have time to take pictures and marvel at the incredible architecture. Optional Activity: Camel ride (if you'd like, this can be arranged for a small additional cost).
Lunch at a Local Restaurant Restaurant: Enjoy a delicious, authentic Egyptian lunch at a local restaurant near Saqqara. Menu: You can expect a traditional Egyptian feast, often including dishes such as: Koshari (a mix of rice, lentils, pasta, and fried onions). Shawerma (meat or chicken).
Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) Travel to GEM: About a 30-minute drive to the Grand Egyptian Museum, located near the Giza Pyramids. Guided Tour: Explore the museum's vast collection, including artifacts from the tomb of Tutankhamun, royal mummies, and countless statues. Your guide will explain the history behind some of the most famous pieces, including the golden death mask of Tutankhamun and other treasures. Highlights: Tutankhamun’s treasures. Ancient Egyptian artifacts from daily life. Statues of pharaohs and other important historical figures.
* End your tour with Memphis, the first capital city of Egypt. Visit the open-air museum that displays some of the remains of this ancient city. See the colossal statue of King Ramses II, one of the greatest rulers of Egypt, and the alabaster sphinx of Queen Hatshepsut, one of the few female pharaohs. You can also see other statues, stelae, and fragments that belong to different periods of Egyptian history.
Later you will get a comfortable transfer back to your hotel in Cairo, Giza or heading to the airport if you have a flight.

I met Ramadam on the Private Guide App. He arranged for me the itinerary with Driver for 4 days in Cairo. I could not ask for better, honest price and excellent driver and private guide. When I was in Italy we talked via wathapp and so we organized the tour. We had the best time. We were initially hesitant to choose a tour guided trip believing we can Uber it everywhere but Saqqara has no cell service and in the end you don't save a lot. These 3 locations are 30 km apart and the car will wait for you after each visit. We took nice photos thanks to the tour guide suggestions and we learned a lot. Thanks again!
