The instructions on where to meet up were very clear and easy to follow. The Tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. The excursion was well worth the money we spent. We would recommend others for this tour.
Our driver picked us up on time at 6am. The three hour drive, including a pit stop halfway, was smooth. The guide joined us in Giza. He suggested that we reverse itinerary to avoid crowds. So we visited the Sakkara pyramids first. It turned out the guide was right. We were admitted as soon as we arrived, but when we were leaving, there was a long line waiting for admission. The guide was with us the whole time while we were touring. Having the guide not only gave us information on what we were seeing, but also saved us a lot of time we would have otherwise spent in figuring out the routes. Anyway, it was worth the money for the private tour.
Outstanding! Tour guide and driver were wonderful. Saw everything and more we hoped to see. Very friendly
We had a security detail in the bus and he ensured we all got back on the bus from washroom stops and he handled all security passes. The tour guide and him took awesome pictues of the group. My only negative was that he did not tell me in advance that he would be waiting outside the port gates.
We were disappointed with our experience. While we did visit the Giza Pyramids, the rest of the itinerary, including Memphis and Saqqara, was completely skipped. Instead, we were taken to a fragrance store, which felt like an unnecessary stop—likely arranged for commissions—and wasted valuable time. Even though there was spare time in the day and no significant traffic, there was no effort made by the guide to adjust the schedule and include any of the missed sights in nearby Cairo or follow the original itinerary we paid for. We raised these concerns with the guide during the tour, but they were not addressed. Additionally, the operator has refused to refund any portion of the cost, including the entry tickets for the sites we didn’t visit. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we hope the operator improves how they plan and deliver tours in the future.
Moman was an excellent tour guide. He made our tour comfortable and informative. Always wishing for our comfort and enjoyment.
