I received what I expected. Through the app, I got a voucher and via WhatsApp a ticket, with which I could enter the bell tower, the cathedral, the dome museum, and the baptistery.
Excellent experience climbing the bell tower. Well worth the effort involved when you reach the top and see the spectacular views.

Recommend the view from the Bell Tower however did not receive the needed ticket. Needed to phone suppprt to get the required ticket with a QR code. Also was given conflicting times.
