Overall, it was a great experience. If you’re not comfortable with steep walks or hiking, I recommend taking a taxi. It’s a much easier and more enjoyable way to reach the main attractions in the park. It’s worth the money.
We highly recommend this tour! Everything was super well-organized—the bus arrived right on time, and the pickup point was incredibly easy to find thanks to the clear directions we received. Big shoutout to our awesome driver, too! Our guide, Fernando, deserves a special mention. He was absolutely amazing! He shared so much history about the places we passed, packed with cool trivia and funny facts. He made sure everyone knew exactly where and when to meet up, so the whole group felt really well taken care of. A guide like him is an absolute gem for the company—he definitely deserves a bonus! 😁 We had plenty of free time in Gibraltar to explore the famous nature reserve, enjoy the stunning views, and see the friendly monkeys. On the way back, we stopped by the beautiful town of Mijas, which offered some more breathtaking views. Overall, we had more than enough free time throughout the day. Thanks for a great trip! Best regards, Kasia & Konrad
Very beautiful. We were guided on the excursion by a young man, Fernando, who was very pleasant and provided great explanations for each site we passed, with extensive historical knowledge of each area.
Excellent experience Complicated if you go by car. Leave it in the first parking you find, and walk...
An exciting time exploring the Gibraltar area and then beautiful Mijas! The taxi ride maneuvering up the tiny streets to view the Rock of Gibraltar is definitely the way to go!! Many stops to see beautiful sites, see Africa across the Mediterranean Sea, the caves walk-thru, and some very entertaining Macaque monkeys! Then we had time for lunch & shopping before heading to the next stop, beautiful Mijas filled w/white-washed buildings, donkeys, and panoramic views that would be hard to beat! ANA was the best guide we’ve had in all of our excursions so far in Spain! Highly recommend!
The tour itself was great! Our guide, Chris was fantastic! We were "those people" who lost track of time and didn't get back to the bus on time in Mijas. Chris called us and waited for us to get back. I can't say enough about him. My only complaint is that the bus was terrible. It was cramped and the air conditioning didn't work well, so it was really hot and uncomfortable. For such a long drive, they need a bus with working air conditioning. Overall, even with the uncomfortable bus, I'd recommend this tour.
Excellent trip. Very helpful. A little unclear whether at correct collection spot as no signage. Early pickup but no food and drink allowed on bus ... ensure you have breakfast/coffee before pickup. Despite that the trip was great. Tour guide very knowledgeable and funny.
An excellent day with our guide, Fernando, and our guide in Gibraltar on the Roc, Mohammed. Take a guide to the Roc, you will see everything there is to see! Mijas was charming but the visit a little short. 1:30 would have been appreciated. Nice day!
The hidden cost of entering the Rock and getting their. This was not disclosed to us. During the tour no opportunity to see the rock clearly from the Spain side nor photograph it. It was disappointing. Even when I requested the tour guide for a quick chance to photograph the rock, it was denied with an excuse that we had to go.
We were kept informed of the pickup point and a reminder of bringing passports. The bus turn up on time and the two guides were excellent. We had a full day in Gibraltar and then on to Mijas,(it would have been nice to have more time there) but it was a lovely trip, despite some passengers getting lost, Christian and Juan Miguel were very calm and professional.
