- Bungy Jump: Minimum age to jump is 10 years old. Minimum solo weight is 100 pounds (45 kilograms) and 66 pounds (30 kilograms) to jump tandem with no more than 110 pounds (50 kilograms) weight difference between the two jumping. Maximum solo weight is 330 pounds (150 kilograms). Maximum tandem weight is 518 pounds (235 kilograms).
- Giant Swing: Minimum solo weight is 120 pounds (55 kilograms). Maximum solo weight is 330 pounds (150 kilograms). Maximum combined weight 440 pounds (200 kilograms) for 2 or 3 people. No age limit, minimum child weight is 25kg and children must fit safely into our harness.
- Not recommended for people with heart conditions, epilepsy, or vertigo. Weight restrictions apply: minimum solo weight 55kg, maximum solo weight 150kg. For groups of 2 or 3, maximum combined weight 200kg. Minimum child weight 25kg — children must fit safely into the harness.

Was picked up on time and was an easy drive. Not quite as organised as I would have thought upon arrival but the giant swing experience and operator were AWESOME. If you are expecting to get a transfer back to the city, you need to be on them constantly to find out when the mini bus is next leaving. Waited around for an hour (with two hot and over it children in tow) and when I finally got them to commit to a time it was leaving it was still another 45 minutes away. Gave up and got an Uber.
Thanks for the shout-out to our team! We’re glad the activity itself was awesome. However, I’m truly sorry for the frustration with the return transfer. Waiting 45 minutes with tired kids is far from ideal, and we clearly missed the mark on our communication and timing. We’re currently reviewing our shuttle process to make sure our departures are much more predictable. We appreciate the feedback—it helps us get better. We hope to see you again soon!
We had to go separately it was really scary but exhilarating!! The guys were very professional & calming. Was an awesome experience. A definite must do 👍

In addition, we offered several solutions to help make it right: We extended an invitation to re-do the experience with new media footage, even offering to stay open later than our normal hours to accommodate your schedule. We also offered a Family Swing voucher for the entire family to enjoy the experience again, free of charge, with new footage included. While our standard operating hours are 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, we did our best to be flexible by offering to open outside of those times. Unfortunately, our team wasn’t able to reach a resolution as hoped, and the call was ended abruptly. We regret that we couldn’t turn things around during your short stay, and we genuinely wish we’d had the opportunity to give your family the positive memory you came for. We had the family from overseas who went to Cairns all the way for this experience. The Skypark team gives a call after 35 hours of the experience finishing up to inform that the kids video was not captured due to their Technology glitch (after having paid for it). They refund the amount for the media but don't bother to compensate at all for the disappointment that the kids had and the angst that parents had to manage from kids being upset and angry. It is quite frustrating for them to refund just the media cost but not be bothered to consider any further compensation for their technology glitch and then the delayed notification of the same as well when the family was in Cairns for just 2 nights and with their extremely limited operating hours of 10-3pm which doesn't give much opportunity to even re-do the experience. Please make sure this doesn't occur with any of you as it is hard if you are not a local and if you have visited from overseas just once in a lifetime to do this. Thanks, Disappointed customer

This was such a fun activity for us and our ten year old son! Very exhilarating whilst still feeling safe. We had a ball! The only downside was the video- that was the biggest waste of $50 unfortunately. You don't get to preview it otherwise I would not have bought it. Firstly, our names were spelt totally incorrectly on the video. Secondly the camera was not even pointing at us so we didn't even get to see our ride properly! It would have been much better to get a preview so we could decide to buy it or not. It felt like a bit of a rip off in the end which is a shame because the giant swing was amazing.

The experience was fantastic, but the video we purchased which was not available to see, was not worth 50$. This was very disappointing to say the least
The staff at the Cairns Skypark were amazing, nothing was a problem, they explained everything in simple terms, they listened, they were friendly and put my mind at ease. The Giant Swing activity was such an adrenaline rush. There was no queue for this activity and I felt safe. The park is located in a shady forest area and all amenities were clean. Highly recommend this activity if you're after a thrill. The swing itself doesn't take long and we didn't pre-book. A video and photo package is offered after the activity.

I don't normally attempt any thrill seeking activities as I'm a chicken but this was absolutely amazing, best part was doing it pairs, I wouldn't have done it on my own. Bodie was an amazing instructor, great viewing and amenities, highly recommend
Both Hubby and I got of our comfort zone and pushed ourselves to do something a little different and was blown away by the swing. Do it 😍
