Amazing tour and overview of Georgetown history! Ben was great!!
Great walk about in a section of Georgetown. Nice stops at varied food establishments. All food was of high quality. Tour guide offered many historical bits of information that brought the neighborhood alive. The only downside was that the 2 miles covered could be a bit much for some people on a bright, hot summer day.
Tour was great. We stopped for food at four places and it was very tasty. Our tour guide Milk was very engaging and knowledgeable about Georgetown history. Our group included vegetarians and we were easily accommodated.
milk was awesome!!! the food was delicious and i really enjoyed the route he took us through georgetown. learned about the town, enjoyed some good food, and had a lot of fun on the way!
The good: between the four food stops interspersed with a historical tour of Georgetown, the price felt right and we left happy we did it. The not-as-great: our guide got caught up working through a problem with a restaurant, so he arrived around 15 minutes late for the tour. We did get a call from the office letting us know about the delay. WRT the food, one of the four stops was a shared plate - one plate per four guests. It isn't my favorite way to experience food with strangers.
Wonderful experience in Georgetown! The food was excellent. But more importantly Milk shared the origin story of each establishment and how it contributes to the local cultural tapestry. The historical insights between stops brought the neighborhood alive. A highly recommended way to feel connected to this historic neighborhood in DC!
Ben was a great guide-funny, informative, and considerate. There was a nice variety of food options and we ended the tour pleasantly full.
We had a great time tasting the food and learning the history of Georgetown. Our tour guide, Jacob, was friendly and pleasant.
Cara was a delight! We really enjoyed our afternoon with her! The food was great, the conversation was amazing and we all had a wonderful time. There was just enough walking to burn off a good portion of the calories that we consumed. Will be recommending this for any other visitors that we have coming in to the area.
Milk was phenomenal with great energy and made an amazing effort to bring the whole group together. He had a local after recommendation that we attended which was amazing. 10 out of 10.
