This is completely self-guided. All I did was pay for tickets. No instructions. The Gardens are magnificent. Beautiful. Breathtaking. It would have been move with a guide to suggest which installation to visit first, the best time, etc.
We’re happy to hear the Gardens left such a strong impression on you. The beauty and scale of the attractions truly make the visit memorable. For clarification, this booking is a self-guided experience and does not include a guide service, as mentioned in the tour details. Guests are free to explore the attractions in their own preferred order and timing. Your suggestion about sharing recommended routes and timings is valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.
The communication with the vendor was poor, check what you are buying, the description said access to Skytower and walkway was included but wasn't. The barcode ticket issued by TripAdvisor was not accepted instead a QR Code needed to be provided by the vendor and that wasn't made clear. The 2 biodomes, skytower and walkway were all excellent and worth doing but buy your tickets at the venue, they are much cheaper
We’re sorry for the confusion you faced. The issue came from a breakdown in communication between our agent and the supplier, and we regret the inconvenience caused. A partial refund process has already been started to address this. For support, our team reaches out on WhatsApp within two days of booking, and that contact is available for any concern at any time. To clarify the ticketing flow, the initial barcode only confirms the booking. The valid QR-code entry ticket is sent one day before the visit, as bookings remain cancellable up to 24 hours in advance. We appreciate your feedback
The Skypark Observation Deck is located 60 meters above sea level in the heart of Gardens by the Bay, and once you reach the top you can enjoy an extraordinary 360° panorama of the Gardens and Singapore. It is absolutely worth it, also because in the center of the platform there are some seats, and there is also an area with artificial grass where you can lie and admire the night sky. Not to be missed!

We're happy to hear that you found the Skypark Observation Deck to be an unmissable part of your visit to Gardens by the Bay.We completely agree that the it is breathtaking, and we're glad you enjoyed the unique features like the grass area—it's a perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning night sky!
