You don’t get to go into the mansions. We were disappointed to find that out. Tour guide was knowledgable and entertaining.
It’s was a great walk with a lot of information about Galveston. If you like learning about the history of Galveston it’s the tour to take.
As a first time visitor to Galveston, this walking tour with Jay gave us a taste of the Historic District with its interesting history, facts and stories. Easy to meet up for the tour, and with just 4 people we had a lot of opportunity to ask Jay questions - he is a delight!
