The worst tour ever had. Totally disappointed. Only business without tour.

It is a full day from beginning to end full of wonderful experiences culminating in a train journey. We were picked up from our hotel early in the morning when it was still dark but by sunrise our first stop and boat trip began. Danuka our driver was very good and allowed us to go at our own pace and spend as much time on what we wanted to do and see. It was a long day but lots of different experiences included.
I had a fantastic galle day tour combined with a beautiful train ride. The whole trip was very well organized, comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The trin journey was especially memorable with stunning coastal views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sri Lanka!
Do not take the train. There is no reserved seating and it is standing room only to Colombo. Standing for 2 hours is not a scenic rail journey. You see no passing countryside only inside of a crowded very old train. And there is no ac.
Essentially a driver and car rather than a guided your. Still a useful way to see part of the country, but lots of the activities listed were not included and came at additional cost even though only "personal expenses" were listed as not included. I was the only one with the driver so able to adjust the itinerary to suit me, I didn't do half of the places listed and it still took 8 hours to complete. Turtle sanctuary was £15, river cruise was £30, stilt fishermen, temple and lunch would also have cost more if I had done those. I also needed to buy data to keep in touch with the driver once I was on a train - he took 30 minutes to meet me at the arrival station as he was having lunch and expected me to be more delayed than I was.
Long but really rewarding day full of unique experiences. Indika was an excellent driver and guide and was very flexible and accommodating. A really nice person to spend all day with. The stilt fishermen was a highlight as well as the train ride from Galle.
