Very Flexible

Lincoln was great, took us where we wanted to go and also made some recommendations of sites we should see too. We used this to factor in our travel from the north to the south of the island.

Operator response

A Great Way to See the Island

Our personal driver, Quain, contacted us the day prior to our tour. He inquired as to what time we wished to start the day and what things we wished to see and do. Quain was welcoming and made every effort to accommodate our requests. He designed an itinerary tailored to our interests and arranged personal guides to take us on a historical estate tour at Morne Coubaril and through the Diamond Falls Botanical Gardens. Quain even added a stop for warm banana bread. Sooo good! We were taken to great photo spots for pictures. It was wonderful that the day was tailored to our pace. Having a customized tour is a fun and efficient way to see the island. Thanks so much, Quain, for a truly memorable day!

Operator response

This makes my heart so happy to read 🥹 Thank you for such a beautiful review! I’m so glad Quain was able to curate a day that felt personal, seamless, and perfectly paced for you.

Not wrth the time

There are many stops on itinerary and I know you can't see all of them so make sure you list what you want to do in advance. We saw mostly ride byes. Some photo stops, and only got to walk through gardens and mud baths Our lunch stop was a hot dog stand We asked to stop in pastries and we're taken to a square nothing else All in all a very disappointing tour

Operator response

Thank you for your feedback. After speaking with the driver, I realized he wasn’t the issue here it may simply be that this tour didn’t meet your personal expectations. Just to clarify a few points: it was a Sunday, and on island that means 99% pastry shops and regular businesses are closed island-wide, especially outside of resort areas. Its mostly touristy stops that are functional. Castries on a Sunday is also intentionally quiet, some guests actually appreciate seeing the city without crowds, traffic, or chaos. As for the itinerary, we do encourage guests to prioritize what they truly want to experience in advance, as it’s clearly stated that not every stop can be done in a single outing. That said, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. While this experience may not have aligned with your standards, others often enjoy the flexibility, pacing, and realism of touring the island especially on a quieter day.
