Fullday 10 hours rent a car in Jakarta city with toll & parking

We parked our car at quickparking Aalsmeer in May. Upon returning from our holiday we found our car with 2 flat tires . Looking around we saw more cars. Turned out to go around 75 cars. We had contact with customer service and we were told we could take a taxi home , as all this would be reimbursed taxi cost 331 euros . The next day have our car picked up by recovery company 380 euros 2 new tyres 360 euros . In addition, my husband had to take 2 chip days because we did not have a car. Now receive an email that they do not reimburse more than 250 euros . So for us NEVER BUT NEVER no more quickparking. Then paying 30 euros more at p3 has always been good. So you see but cheap is expensive.
