It was a very interesting tour with Lucia. Be prepared for quite a bit of walking. If you don’t like boiling hot weather go in the winter.
Lucia was an excellent guide. Very knowledgable and engaging. Very much the highlight of our stay in Merida. Highly recommend her tour…
We were delighted by our tour with Lucia. She is knowledgeable and a good communicator. She ran the tour even there was only the two of us. We think the tour of the museum was a worthwhile addition. If you are going to Merida, and are interested in history, Lucia's tour is a "must".
This is an excellent tour to obtain an overall Roman Ruins experience. Tour guide was very patience and clear on her Roman history
Lucia was a wonderful guide full of knowledge and enthusiasm as she took our small group of 8 around Mérida’s Roman sights. We added on the tour of the archeological museum which is very much worth it to appreciate the Roman history of the town and the finds from archeological excavations. Here again Lucia was superb. My wife was blown away. Andrew Round
Our tour with Lucia was absolutely wonderful. She was pleasant, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the history of Mérida come alive throughout the tour. We were very impressed with how everything was organized and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Mérida.
Lovely and entertaining. My good guide.
We did not get to do the tour because of a mishap that had the guide and arrived late. I must also say that the tour lasted so long because it was bilingual. I think it would have to be explained better not to put in Spanish or then ... would be more honest.
Luca had outstanding knowledge, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and went well beyond any expectations. She was one of the best tour guides we had in Spain. We covered all that you would want to see and gained great insights into Merida’s history and how the community still celebrates it.
The visit is fantastic, it allows you a pretty complete view of the Roman Merida. Lucia, the guide, is very good. He has a deep understanding of the topics and makes the visits very interesting.
