It is one of the most beautiful and best known beaches in Ceará. The sea has a greenish color with calm waters, which contrast with the orange cliffs and golden dunes. Canoa Quebrada beach is around 17 km long, running from the mouth of the Jaguaribe river to a little further from the village. It has huge areas of dunes where numerous wind towers have been installed.
Praia da Fontes is one of the main beaches in Beberibe, about 90 km from Fortaleza. It is close to dunes and got its name due to the various sources of fresh water that flow from its cliffs. It is a quiet place, with calm waters, which has a hotel structure for those who want to stay overnight. The beach is extensive and can be covered on a buggy ride (not included in the price) — vehicles usually stop so that tourists can get to know the region and its fountains better. The place is bucolic and usually doesn't have much movement.
This extensive beach has very calm waters, beach huts, a water source and a place known as a labyrinth, a space formed by the erosion of the cliffs that is really worth visiting and taking pictures! The cliffs of Morro Branco and the labyrinth can be seen on a buggy ride (not included in the heat), an activity offered by several buggies in the region, or on foot, walking from the beach huts, which are on the main stretch of the road. beach. - The State of Ceará is the only region where it is not mandatory for the tour guide to have more than one language. Our guides speak fluent Portuguese and Spanish and basic English. Remembering that ours is a tour based on an experience in contact with nature and wonderful beaches, we guarantee an excellent activity for each of our customers.
- The guide provides the main information in three languages (Portuguese, English and Spanish), however, the rest of the crew and people involved in the activity speak predominantly Portuguese.
- On days with a greater influx of tourists or in the presence of especially heavy traffic conditions, we can adopt the use of specific meeting points for picking up customers. This choice is made to ensure a more efficient organization of the tour, reducing the waiting times and inconveniences caused by traffic. Therefore, we invite our customers to read this note carefully to be informed and prepared.

I waited at appointed time in my hotel lobby. You never came. 50 minutes later I had hotel check on this and they sent a taxi to immediately take me to the bus. It was a 50 passenger tour bus and guide didn't speak English or Spanish. I went on this tour (not the one I signed up for). It was OK and they did drop me back at my hotel at almost 8 pm. I paid an additional R 250 for the dune buggy tour and glad I did. It was fun and there would have been nothing else to do for 4+ hours. Roll with the punches.

Beaches many good, my tip is to enjoy the kiosks on the beach of the future that are not so bad, are always full and you do not enjoy nature!
