Taking the tours was a good experience; I felt at ease and comfortable, and I spent some beautiful days in Cusco.
Excellent, punctuality and safety guaranteed.
Samuel was an amazing guide. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
Excellent tour to Machu Picchu, from the train experience the service is very good The guide who accompanied us was very kind, respectful, and had a lot of knowledge to share with us Highly recommended for having this experience
Had a really great time and a truly memorable experience. Was very lucky with clear blue skies and nice temperatures. The walk was the right amount of challenging but never felt rushed at all. Samuel was a great guide, very authentic and knowledgeable and took some great pictures. Highly recommend.
Everything agreed upon was provided to us successfully and without issues, schedules, visits, food, etc.
I really liked the explanation and kindness.
Our family tour of Machu Picchu exceeded our expectations thanks in large part to Sam. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and made sure we did not feel rushed and that we got great pictures. But I (mom) feel indebted to Sam as he carefully assisted me on the areas where my balance was not equal to the task alone. He did not make me feel like a bother and took breaks as I needed them! Definitely recommend exhibit 1 tour with Sam!!
We really liked our experience to Machu Picchu. The tour was very well detailed and our guide Yeni was always very kind and flexible. She helped us by taking very nice photos in the most prominent places and with different poses. Her kindness and extensive knowledge about the ruins of Machu Picchu made our experience even more pleasant. We 100% recommend the full day with Illa Kuntur and if you manage to have Yeni as a guide you will enjoy this adventure a lot!
This your experience was exactly what I needed! I was visiting Lima for a wedding and when other tour groups told me it would be “impossible” to do a 24 hour tour to Machu Picchu from Cusco, Ricardo of Illa Kuntur travel company made it possible! Through his efforts, he procured circuit 3 tickets on our behalf, not to mention, he coordinated all of our hotel/train/shuttle transfers and paired us with Samuel, our private tour guide who was very knowledgeable about Machu Picchu history, Peruvian history in general and explained the biodiversity of the area with perfect illustrations. He was very patient with us and gave us wonderful recommendations for eating. We had an amazing and “impossible “ experience thanks to this tour group and the amazing tour guide/transportation operators. If you are told it is impossible to do Machu Picchu in 24 hours from arrival, this would only be the case if you do not coordinate night before travel to Cusco. Ricardo made it happen!
