Full Day Tour Laguna del Inca Portillo from Santiago

Our trip to Chile gained a special glow thanks to the tour organized by TAC, with the guide Pauli and the driver Marcelo. From the beginning, everything was impeccable: exemplary punctuality, sympathy and very good mood that made the journey easy and fun. One of the highlights was the capricious picnic, carefully prepared and full of details that showed the care of the team in providing unique moments. In addition, Pauli shared stories and curiosities that further enriched the experience, while Marcelo ensured a safe and peaceful trip. It was a memorable day, of those who are kept in memory and in the heart. I highly recommend TAC for those who want to know Portillo or other regions of Chile in a special way, with attention to the details and a human touch that makes all the difference.

Excellent guide Pauli, both for her friendliness and for the enthusiasm and good disposition she showed during the tour, as well as for the information she provided throughout it. And they made a great duo with the driver Marcelo, who also contributed all his good vibes.

My experience with Tac Turismo was completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe level of disorganization, lack of professionalism and disrespect for the customer. I booked the tour to the Laguna del Inca through Tripadvisor/Viator, following exactly all the instructions provided. The company itself reports that it would contact between 20:00 and 21:00 the day before to confirm the details of the withdrawal — which simply did not happen. Still, I acted with total responsibility and punctuality, being ready from 5:30 a.m., indicated time for the start of the transfer. The result? The transport never showed up. No warning, no explanation, no support. When I contacted, I was coldly and negligently informed that the reservation “did not arrive” to the company. At no time was there an appropriate apology or real attempt at a solution. On the contrary: the responding employee tried to transfer responsibility to me, suggesting that I should have confirmed in advance — which directly contradicts the instructions of the reservation itself. In addition, I paid, sent the address of the hotel and the reservation was on Tripadvisor as "confirmed". That is, in addition to completely failing to provide the service, they still blame the customer for an obvious internal error, either from the company itself or from the integration with the platform. The damage goes far beyond financial. I missed the main tour of my trip, with no possibility to do it again, due to total incompetence of the company. The only answer offered was a refund, treated as if it were enough to make up for the upset, frustration and lost time — which is clearly not. I do not recommend Tac Turismo under any circumstances. If you don’t want to risk having your trip compromised by lack of organization and responsibility, look for another company.

Beautiful place, wonderful, even with its -7°. The guide Geans, was wonderful and very attentive. He directed us to the best photos and helped me whenever I asked.

Do not hire this Enterprise, they did not show up on the day of the tour, we stayed 2hs waiting in the cold and we did not get any contact with the operator! Total lack of respect and professionalism, did not have the decency to warn us that they would not carry out the tour. Get out of this trap!

Attentive guide, explained everything from the tour, made many photos, attended us even in the doubts of the walk in Santiago.
