Itinerary
Visit Knossos, the mythical labyrinth and ancient capital of Minoan Crete, 5000years ago. Our participants will enter the Archaeological Site with our Representative in order to attend a Guided Tour for about 1 hour & 20 minutes and then enjoy some free time to take photos and admire the historic Minoan place.
Visit the capital of the Region and enjoy a guided tour in the center and the historical part of Heraklion, followed by 2 hours and 30minutes free time at the old market, the city center or visiting the archaeological museum. Participants will have plenty of time to walk, do some souvenir shopping or just take photos.

Driver not too friendly, guide spoke too fast but quite knowledgeable on Greek Mythology. Was very rushed through the ruins. The beauty and history of Crete made the tour worth the time.
Very long journey to get there. We stopped at a cafe for breakfast but there wasn't enough time to order eat and go to the toilet. This was,supposed to be a trip to Knosos but we had less than one hour to look round the guide was very knowledgeable but badly organised and we were rushed round the site. We then were given 3 hours in Heraklion and we chose to go to the museum but the guide was rushing through it so we looked on our own. We should have had more time at Knosos and less at Heraklion. We were then taken to Rethymno which was beautiful but given only one hour and by the time we had a drink it was time to go back to the bus. Again it was a shame we weren't given more time here than Heraklion.. the trip was supposed be 8 hours and it was actually 11.5 hours. All in all it was very disappointing
Our tour guide was an archaeologist. She was so informative. Our favorite part of the tour was the museum. I highly recommend this tour.
We had a great guide. Her name was Katarina.. probably spelled wrong… She was SO knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. She did an amazing job and was SO caring and kind to the people who needed a little help. She made our day ! Thank you! Learned so much from her about Greece.
