Highly recommend Chiara and Viator for this convenient transfer to Florence!! We did not opt in to the tasting/tour options so cannot comment but had fantastic communication prior to the tour and our tour guide, Chiara, was excellent! She gave us good information about Florence what to see/do including a map with a suggested route to hit the highlights in the time. Very heblpful! She was clear about the meeting point and instructions and was an utterly charming guide. Great value for the price…highly recommend!!
Great experience! We planned ahead before our trip and purchased tickets in advance for Santa Maria del Fiore, including access to the 463-step climb to the top. The views were absolutely worth it. That said, I wouldn't spend time waiting in the long line just to see the cathedral's interior. If you only have about four hours in Florence, there are many other beautiful churches, museums, and historic sites that are a better use of your limited time.

Perfect Florence tour for the boat, without having to wake up too early, you arrive with the shuttle bus at the meeting point. Special mention to our guide Omi who made the explanations in English and also in Spanish if necessary. It offers you all the information in writing via WhatsApp, including a map, and accompanies you to the cathedral. We did the tasting at the market that is on the way. Great tips and advice, even for booking another excursion, attentive to all our needs. The driver Fanel was also very attentive, taking us back to the ship instead of to the meeting point.
My son and I spent a wonderful day in Florence despite of the heat, Omi was really nice and funny.

Ariadna is great, super accessible, and made us enjoy the excursion! Very attentive, and then they took us directly to the ship on the same bus as the excursion! Very good organization, treatment, etc.! 100% recommended.
Simon is an excellent driver; he navigates the traffic to Florence very well. Ariadna is a delight; she gives very good explanations, makes the excursion enjoyable with her charming anecdotes, and is always willing to answer any questions or clarifications. Very well organized and I would repeat with them without hesitation.
