Join for a full-day sailing adventure from Zadar to the beautiful island of Ugljan, guided by the friendly local skipper, a seasoned professional who knows these waters like the back of his hand. You will sail across the scenic Zadar Channel and drop anchor in a secluded bay on Ugljan, where you’ll have time to swim, snorkel, or simply relax in untouched nature. After that, we visit a charming island village, where you can enjoy free time for lunch, a walk, or a coffee by the sea. On the way back, enjoy the peaceful glide of the sailboat and, if you’re interested, learn the basics of sailing from your skipper. This trip is a perfect blend of local culture, crystal-clear sea, and authentic sailing – a day of pure Adriatic pleasure.

The trip begins at the Borik marina, just outside Zadar’s old town. As we cruise along the coast, we pass the red-and-white Puntamika Lighthouse, a scenic landmark at the tip of the peninsula. From there, we continue through the Zadar Channel toward the island of Ugljan, with the majestic mountains of the mainland rising in the background—a perfect blend of sea, islands, and dramatic coastal views.
We’ll anchor for about 1 hour in a beautiful, untouched bay on Ugljan Island. Here you can swim, snorkel, or simply relax and enjoy the peace, crystal-clear sea, and unspoiled nature around you. Take a moment to unwind – this is your time to enjoy the true magic of the Adriatic.
We’ll stop at a small, authentic village on Ugljan Island, where you’ll have some free time to explore at your own pace. Take a walk through its quiet streets, discover local life, or relax by the sea. This is a perfect opportunity to try delicious Croatian food at a local tavern, enjoy a coffee or ice cream, or even take a refreshing swim. Whether you're in the mood for a bit of adventure or just want to soak up the atmosphere, this peaceful stop has something for everyone. After that we have 2 hours of smooth sailing through beautiful Zadar channel.
After our relaxing lunch stop on Ugljan Island, it’s time to raise the sails and enjoy the pure freedom of sailing! As we glide through the clear waters of the Zadar Channel, you’ll have the chance to relax and take in the views, or, if you’d like, actively take part in the sailing experience. Learn the basics of how sailing works – how we use the wind and adjust the sails. This is a perfect time to enjoy the peaceful ride, admire the beautiful scenery, and simply unwind on board as we sail through the Adriatic.

Relaxing sailing and swimming with a very nice skipper, who makes the course of the day negotiable, knows a lot about the area and even entertains. The four of us on the boat had a wonderful day.
We had a wonderful day of sailing on a superbly maintained yacht. Peter, our skipper, was eager from the very first minute to show us the scenery and the special features of the area. There was plenty of time to relax, swim, and explore ashore. We highly recommend this day trip!
This was a really well organized and enjoyable day. There was just two us and one other group of three on the boat, expertly skippered by Peter. We headed off on time to our first stop which was a small village on the island, and we were able to get a coffee and also take a row boat to a monastery that was on an island just a short distance from the harbor. When we headed off from there we spotted a dolphin so Peter stopped the boat for us to spend time watching them. Then we headed to a lovely quiet bay for swimming and snorkeling. The water was crystal clear and we were given plenty of time to relax here. After our swim we headed north and around the top of the island to another small village where Peter had reserved some tables for lunch. The food was amazing, we enjoyed lots of delicious local fish. After a little walk around the village we headed back to the boat for some sailing. The wind was a bit low but Peter kept trying and eventually we got a nice hour of sailing on the way back home. Overall this was a brilliant day and I think Peter was an excellent skipper and host, sharing lots of knowledge about the local area and the wildlife. I would recommend this experience for anyone that wants a relaxing day on the water exploring this area.

We experienced an unforgettable day and will always carry the memories with us. Petar also has the gift of giving everyday things a new face with his remarks. If you're looking for an exciting/action-packed boat trip, this will probably not be your cup of tea, but if you're looking to relax and enjoy a nice sail as well as a wonderful seafood lunch on a quiet island, then this will be perfect for you! It was a leisurely trip and we had the pleasure of getting to know a lot about sailing as well as being able to ask our Skipper questions about the area we were visiting and the culture in Croatia. He was an excellent host and very informative and the boat was in pristine shape. We went to some nice quiet spots away from the tourist spots and places you would not normally see. He had some great suggestions for us for our next day before we left as well.
Really good value for money, a super boat with a very experienced skipper who speaks excellent English. Highly recommend this activity. Would possibly suggest taking lunch with you as the island restaurant is great quality but many options are very pricey as food all comes in from the mainkand

Just concluded a 3-day charter in the Kornati Islands to close the sailing season on a high note. Three days of pure relaxation, Petar is a skipper very attentive to the needs of guests, professional and also charismatic, being on the boat with him means being quiet in any weather condition, makes you experience the sea and the boat in total. The trip with Petar was great!! Petar is a chill guy that knows a lot about the area and sea life in general. The boat is beautiful and there is enough space to lay in the sun. I felt really comfortable as a female solo traveler so definitely recommend booking this trip!
