⭐ If I could give zero stars, I would.

A proper Varanasi tour should include a knowledgeable guide, a private car, entry to all advertised sites, and detailed explanations about the city’s history, culture, and traditions. Unfortunately, our experience with Prince from Varanasi was the complete opposite. Prince showed no real knowledge of Varanasi — his explanations were clearly made up, and it was obvious he had never studied or conducted this tour before. His commentary was limited to remarks like “there’s a cow” or “there’s a boat.”We even had to pay local people along the way to explain things to us, just to get any understanding of what we were seeing. There was no private car as promised. We were left walking long distances and forced to book local Ubers ourselves — all while travelling with an 80-year-old. To make matters worse, four weeks before the tour, he sent repeated and inappropriate messages urging me to cancel my hotel and stay at his house — completely unprofessional and harassing. On the day, he skipped the evening Aarti, saying it wasn’t included (though it was), and didn’t take us to any temples. He didn’t even know where the tourist entry points were. Overall, this was a misleading, disappointing, and unprofessional experience that fell far below what was promised. A full refund is absolutely due.
