Andy was an excellent tour guide, he was very informative and interesting. He explained everything really well, took us to a great restaurant for lunch and really looked after us. We would highly recommend
Thank you for giving we such a good review.
When we booked this excursion we provided Andy with a list of things we wanted to see during our visit. He incorporated them into a smooth flowing itinerary and included useful information along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our full day in Kaohsiung thanks to Andy's planning. We were a step ahead of the tour busses all day making it much more enjoyable. The quaint noodle and dumpling shop where we had lunch was an added bonus. We recommend this operator to those wanting a customized visit to this city.
Thank you for giving we such a good review.
Andy is a very nice guy. He would try to explain things at times we could not understand the English. He took us everywhere on the itinerary and some places we didn’t care for we just said take us onward. The monkey mountain Ed too much for us to climb given the air pollution. I was coughing with a sore throat and as soon as we left Taiwan- I cleared up. It’s a nice clean city but the air quality is awful. We could have spent a little less time at the Buddhist sites. Overall, it was a long day but packed with the sites.
Thank you for giving we such a good review.
Great experience. Our driver was very nice and made sure we were able to see as much as we could in 1 day.
Thank you for giving we such a good review.
After an initial impression of being organised the company greatly let us down . They gave us the wrong driver and the wrong car at the port . 30 mins into the drive our driver received notice to return to port as he had the wrong people !!!!! Wasted time . Then when we did get going our driver told us we could not visit places due to being too far , closed , too hot or too misty !!!! The car was too small for 4 people . When commented to Andy , we were told it was suitable for Asian people . Why then advertise on a world website if the car only suited certain nationalities There was no information given at any site
Hello, thank you for your evaluation. According to the report from Andy, the manager of our Kaohsiung branch, there was indeed a case of picking up a customer by mistake on that day. Although the driver was also an employee of our company, it did not affect the scheduled itinerary. In addition, due to the distance and time, plus the hot weather that day, you are elderly and move slowly, and you are tall and strong, so the space in the car is indeed quite tight. I apologize for this. Furthermore, my homepage clearly states that the business my company operates is taxi travel. Perhaps you did not pay attention to the content when placing the order, thus causing misunderstanding. Finally, I saw the photos the tour guide took of you, and I was in a very good mood to see your smiling faces. Some inconveniences occurred during the process, but there is no need to comment and only give us one star. This logic is a bit unreasonable. In short, I will ask my company's service staff to strengthen training.
Sure was misrepresented. Instead of a business car, the four of us were thrust into a small taxi cab. Instead of an English-speaking driver/guide we had a taxi cab driver who spoke very little English. Avoid at all costs. Very, very disappointing a waste of our time and money.
Hello, thank you for your comment. First of all, let me explain to you that my company operates taxi tours, which you can check on the homepage, so there is no problem in picking you up by taxi. In addition, the day you traveled was the Spring Festival in Taiwan, so every scenic spot was crowded and there was a traffic jam, which was greatly affected. The drivers of our company all have English tour guide certificates, so verbal communication is OK. That's how traveling is, so please understand. Charlie
Andy was a great guide taking us through the city safely and navigating us to all the sites. He picked us up and dropped us off and the cruise terminal marking for a very easy shore excursion. Group favourite was a little locals only seafood spot for an amazing (and incredibly cheap) lunch!
Thank you for giving me such a good review.
This tour provided a great overview of Kaohsiung and the many treasures of the city. The car was comfortable and our driver Liu Zhaogu was very good and efficient in moving us from place to place and pointing things our along the way. The trip out to the Buddha Museum was worth the drive time. I would recommend this tour.
Thank you for giving me such a good review. 👍
The guide only took us to 2 places. Then going to the 3rd place driver/ guide was on his phone or was falling asleep he started going over the line and a car just about hit us then another time we came up on a car and he was not looking and he slammed on the breaks so we wound not hit the car and then the last time a huge truck just about slammed into us. After that we said take us back to the boat. Was very dangerous. Hoping to get some of my money back since we only saw 2 places.
Thank you for your review. On behalf of the company, I apologize to you for the driver's improper driving that day that shocked you. The driver has been fired by the company. In the future, I will require safe driving education for employees. You want a refund. I have agreed. , and notify the company's financial department to perform refund operations.
The guide could not find us and did not communicate with me using What's Ap. We finally find him and he was a TAXI driver, not a licensed guide and DID NOT speak English. I told him to stop the car and we got out. He was filthy, the taxi was filthy and we refused the tour. Thankfully Viator refunded our money, but we paid the tour operator $120 to come and pick us up at the port ( round trip in advance) and he is not responding.....that money is lost. NEVER BOOK THIS TOUR. It is a scam.
Hello, according to the report from the driver that day, you changed your itinerary temporarily and did not travel according to the itinerary of the order, so you took the initiative to cancel the order, so I took the initiative to apply to the platform to give you a full refund. Our The car is a taxi, but most of them are engaged in chartered tours, and the driver can speak English. I respect that you are an old man, but please don't get excited. The content of this comment is very bad and has done great harm to our company. Please take care of yourself. Thank you!
