Itinerary
Petra, the Rose-Red City, was the impressive capital of the Nabataean kingdom whose ruins remained hidden to most of the world until the Swiss explorer, JL Burckhardt, disguised as an Arab scholar, infiltrated the city in 1812. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site as well as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Meet your private guide at the site and hike or ride a horse down to the entrance of the Siq, a long, winding sandstone canyon that leads to the Treasury. The tour continues to the Street of Facades, the Roman Theater and the Royal Tombs. Note that travel time is 3 hours driving from Amman to Petra and another 3 hours.
heading to Wadi Rum, The Moon Valley, to see the most incredible sunset ever.

The driver, while very nice, couldn’t really speak English. He was nice and a good driver. It was a very, very long day. I think doing one site OR the other site would be enough for one day.
They listed a spanish speaker but was not correct, and wasted a lot of time on the road because the driver stopped for breakfast and smoke so it was impossible to do anything besides after Petra. So after Petra he took us back home without any consideration for what we had reserved

I LOST MY MONEY BY THE VERY SCAMS THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE DESIGNED DURING THE TRIP. The driver will park the car in a parking spot and then a guy walks up to you to take you to the starting point of Petra from the back door through an off road trip of 60 JSD. The actual taxi fare is only 10 jsd. They wont tell you anything about the taxi and still tries to convince you that the off road is the only way to reach there. Then once you take a 2 hour exhaustive mountain climbing and reach back the visitor area, you are forced to return without visiting Wadi Rum properly. No english, No AC in the car. Its all a big scam.
Dear Client, Kindly note that you choose to use illegal guide at Petra and it was your mistake, we don't provide or use illegal guides and all our guides have license, and provided the best services, so that's your choice and your mistake
Had an unforgettable time exploring Petra and Wadi Rum, thanks to Mohammed for making it such a great experience! Petra was absolutely stunning—the walk through the Siq and seeing the Treasury up close was a real highlight. Wadi Rum was just as incredible, with its endless desert landscapes and breathtaking views. Everything was well-organised, and the whole experience felt smooth and enjoyable. Huge thanks to Mohammed for his kindness and expertise—I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jordan!
100% recommended for this tour company transportation and it's not included tour guide just transportation and clear.
Very convenient way to see two world class sites. You can't beat how easy it was to get picked up at your hotel, driven to Petra/Wadi Rum, and then dropped off back at your hotel. My driver Saif was very nice and a good travel partner for the day. Great service!
Ramzi was an amazing driver. Not only did he answer all our questions, but he also shared great historical and cultural tidbits with us on our drive to Petra. He helped us find a great guide for our time in Petra and made sure we had an excellent meal on the way home.
Time was not sufficient to see Wadi Rum. If you want to see the sundown in Wadi Rum make sure you leave at 7 from Amman and not to waste time on the road for stops and souvenirs. We missed the opportunity to see wadi rum and as soon as we got out of petra we went back to amman. Surely the company didn’t reimburse anything even though we did only Petra
Amazing experience. Highly recommended. Ahmed was amazing - very friendly, great hospitality and a joy to be around, which made the trip even better.
