Convenient family tour

The tour is well-thought and quite convenient. Thanks to our guide Abo, everything went smooth. I liked the place we had stop for a breakfast. We watched beautiful sunrise in the mountains through large panorama windows in this cafe. Pamukkale itself was of course outstanding. We have arrived to the South Gate by 10. Abo (Abdullah) gave us a small interesting unostentatious introduction and we had three hours of free time afterwards. Around 13:30 we had nice lunch (buffet) and were ready to return. I did this tour together with my mom (55 years old). She found it to be comfortable enough and managed long trip well. Thank you very much for the nice atmosphere and good organization.

Great excursion

This was an amazing experience in Pamukkale. The views by Pamukkale were breathtaking and the museum was good. The only thing I found difficult was the travel as it was far. We were staying in a hotel in Belek so our pickup time was super early. Having said that, our guide Apo was amazing, very informative and ensured that we got the best experience out of it.

Don’t Book this one.

Don’t go, it says start time is 05:30, this was changed late on the day before (after cancellation time) to 03:50 so we didn’t go. Complete waste of time and money. Now seeking a refund. Disgraceful.

Bus trip

The trips was good, food eat as much as you can at stops, got extra breakfast, and a extra stop at Salda Lake. Air conditioned bus, confortable seats you can sleep in. Pamukkale amazing views, loot of ancient ruins. The place is so big you cant see everything in one day. Also inside is Cleopatra pool where you can swim enteance fee is 10 dolars/pounds/euros. If you want to eat and drink extra inside Pamukkale make sure you bring a fat wallet.

Almost 18 hours trip for a litlle more than 3 hours entrance in Pammukale

From the site it was written pick up at 5:30 AM from Belek, the confirmation reported 5:00 AM, we were awaken by a message at 3:00 AM (so, no possibility to sleep) saying we should be ready for 4:45. We made two stops (one in a shop and the other for lunch) before reaching Pamukkale. So, we departed on 4:45 and we were entering in Pamukkale shortly before 1:00 PM. We were asked to be on the bus for 4 PM, but as one was missing we stayed in the bus for 1h. We were back in the hotel at 10:30 PM. Almost 18 hours (compared to the 12h-13h mentioned in internet) just to stay a little more than 3 hours in the place of our choice it's honestly disappointing. The guide was anyway very kind.

Operator response

Dear Claudio, Pamukkale is a natural wonder and a unique place in our planet, which is 273km away from Belek and there is not much we can do to relocate it closer to your hotel in Belek. As long as we serve you with a comfortable bus, friendly and professional tour guide and good food. It means we did a good job from such a reasonable price. Geographically Pamukkale is 273 km away from Belek which means 3 hours and 30 minutes drive. There might be +30 minutes due to your hotel location. This is a budget and group tour, so we must arrange stops on the way for food and toilets, as we might have kids, elderly people or some people with health issues in the group. We clearly explained everything on the itinerary including, distance, breakfast stop, local work shop stop, 3 hours free time in Pamukkale and around 1 hour guided tour plus dinner stop. We also explained everything in detail such as what is included and what is excluded. If you are looking a tour only for your self that you really want to enjoy, we highly recommend you to arrange yourself a private tour. The private tours will be around 20 times more expensive from the group tours, of course this depends on your budget.
