This was a great day tour that showed us the best of Macau in just 4–5 hours. Our guide, Cisco, picked me up from my hotel at 9:30 AM, and the tour ended at the Venetian around 4:30 PM. (I took the free Sands Casino shuttle back to my hotel since it was right across the street.) After picking up the rest of the group — many of whom had arrived by ferry from Hong Kong — we visited several of Macau’s most notable spots, including the Kun Iam Statue, A-Ma Temple, Ruins of St. Paul’s, the Venetian, and more. In the middle of the tour we enjoyed a good lunch buffet at a 4-star hotel in the city. Cisco was an excellent guide who shared a lot of engaging information about Macau’s history. A big thank you to him and to his driver for safely transporting us all day. Unfortunately the weather was rainy, but despite that I still had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this tour. It’s also perfect if you’re staying in Hong Kong and want to do a day trip to Macau.
Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review. We’re delighted to hear you had such a wonderful day exploring Macau, even with the rainy weather. It’s great to know that Cisco’s engaging guidance and the driver’s safe and attentive service made the experience memorable. We’re glad you enjoyed the comfortable transportation, the buffet lunch, and the chance to see Macau’s most iconic attractions. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we look forward to welcoming you again on another journey from Hong Kong.
Cisco our tour guide did an excellent job in explaining the history of Macau. The place is beautiful and the buffet lunch was delicious. The tour went smoothly from the start to finish.

No need for a guided tour to get to Macau during the day from Hong Kong, we go to the Macau ferry for 15/20 € round trip, we take a taxi or 20 minutes walk we are in the historic district.there is 1 hour drive each way.
Cisco provided a lot of history and interesting & funny stories about Macau with zest. Took care of the whole group most responsibly.

Group size, 20, too large for crowded city. Poor choice of casino. Much too crowded. Tour guide Cisco was terrific.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your honesty about the group size and the casino experience — we understand that large groups can feel overwhelming in crowded settings, and we’ll take this into account when planning future tours. We’re delighted to hear that Cisco made such a positive impression. Our guides are dedicated to creating memorable experiences, and we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him. Your comments help us improve, and we hope to welcome you on another journey where we can provide a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Extremely disorganized; lack of enthusiasm and content; late start; failure to complete the tour; paid to go to the peak but we were left at the pier to figure out how to get there on our own; 2 individuals left the group and we waited over 35 minutes for their return, only to move on without them. Halfway thru the tour, one member of the group contacted home office. We were all contacted and promised a refund if we gave a positive review. 2 weeks later and we have not received any refund. We traveled for 3 weeks and this was the absolute worst tour on this trip.
Hi There, Please advise the tour date and the name of the lead participant. We can check it out and get back to you. Thanks. It seems you didn't join our tour with our company as we NEVER say to the guest you can get refund after receiving a positive review.
Our guide Cisco was very funny and knowledgeable. The tour was a light and entertaining way to see all the main sights of Macao.
Thank you very much for your comment ! We are very glad to hear you enjoyed the tour with us in Macau. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit.
Easy peasy transition from pick up to drop off Wonderful excursion guide spoke excellent English and gave us plenty of time to explore just pity it was so hot and killer humidity
Fantastic day trip. Cisco makes it amazing. Lots of humor, great history and he points out the best photo spots. We had a group of 11 and had a wonderful time. They make it easy from the ferry crossing to all the sights. I Recommend!! ( the lunch buffet is smart even if the food is just typical) and buy the egg tarts near the temple. Delicious!!
Over all, this tour was worth what we paid for it. A couple of things I wish I had known: 1) you will spend a lot of time in transit on ferry and bus. This will cut the amount of time you will have in Macau to see and experience things. 2) The buffet was ok, nothing special at all. Our tour guide “Cisco” was great- very knowledgeable, worked to keep us to schedule, and made sure we had a good experience. He also had a great sense of humor.
