Optional Wine Tasting on request: A story of resilience and restitution of biodiversity that gives way to a limited, high-quality production of wines that are a quintessence of Native Venice and of its winemaking traditions and fine crafts.
We will return to the historic center, skirting the famous Arsenal of Venice, the ancient naval shipyard of the Serenissima Republic, and tasting our traditional cookies with coffee or local wine.

I booked the Riva Aquariva "Dea" as a surprise for my wife. I knew she'd be ready for time away from crowds by our 3rd day in Venice. Luca and Il Capitano had Dea tied up a short distance from our flat. The vessel instantly commands attention and looked gorgeous berthed in the canal. Glamour aside, a private boat affords access to parts of the lagoon seldom seen by tourists. Luca organised a behind the scenes glass blowing (and bellinis) tour in Murano and an outstanding lunch at a famed restaurant in Burano. You can do some of these things with other tour guides, they just won't be as good. Luca provided historical context to the journey which was fascinating. Doing business with Luca and his team is about access. He booked us for a private tour with Paola for Doge's Palace and San Marco. She was outstanding. We had a travel plan mix-up on our last day and Luca produced a very nice car and driver to whisk us off to Trieste. You'll travel in style and with confidence when you choose ShoMe Venice Tours and their competent team. When is the next time you'll visit? Maximize the experience by surrounding yourself with good people.
Dear Andrew, Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for this amazing and detailed review. It's been such a pleasure meeting both of you and helping in any way possible to make your stay in my city the best ever. We hope to welcome you back soon! All the best, Luca
