Hawa Mahal, the most iconic landmark of Jaipur, was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. Known as the Palace of Winds, it was designed so the royal ladies could observe the everyday life of the city while remaining unseen. The palace features multiple tiers of beautifully curved arches, adorned with delicate ‘jali’ latticework screens.
Begin your day with a comfortable pickup from any location in Jaipur by our experienced driver, and travel to the historic town of Amer. Famous for its Mughal architecture, Rajput palaces, and grand forts, this hilltop destination offers stunning designs and a fascinating history. Overlooking Jaipur city, the magnificent Amer Fort and Palace stands proudly on the hillside. Built in the 16th century by Raja Man Singh I, it is one of India’s most popular tourist attractions. Its detailed architecture, spacious courtyards, and panoramic views leave visitors truly impressed. PANNA MEENA KA KUND (STEPWELL) Explore the unique beauty of Panna Meena Ka Kund, an architectural gem of Jaipur. This historic stepwell, approximately 200 feet deep, is admired for its symmetrical stairways and attracts thousands of visitors from around the world each year.
Panna Meena Ka Kund, built in the 16th century, is a stunning eight-story stepwell about 200 feet deep, featuring nearly 1,800 beautifully symmetrical steps. Once used as a water reservoir and a place for social gatherings, it showcases the fine craftsmanship and practical brilliance of ancient Indian architecture.
Jal Mahal, also known as the Water Palace, is located in the middle of the scenic Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur. It is a beautiful example of Rajput architecture. The palace and the surrounding lake were renovated and expanded in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber. This stunning five-storey structure is built from red sandstone and creates a truly picturesque view.
After visiting the monuments, we will take you to Jaipur’s vibrant block printing area, where you can experience the city’s centuries-old craft tradition. This art form flourished during the Mughal era and shows strong Persian influence. Jaipur’s skilled artisans decorate fabrics with beautiful patterns using hand-carved wooden blocks. During your visit, you’ll see the step-by-step block printing process, meet local craftsmen, and, upon request, take part in a hands-on demonstration—making it a truly enriching and memorable experience.
The Monkey Temple, also known as Galta Ji, is a famous Hindu pilgrimage site located near Jaipur, Rajasthan. Surrounded by hills and natural springs, the temple complex is known for its sacred water tanks, beautiful architecture, and large population of monkeys. Visitors enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, scenic views, and the chance to experience local religious traditions.
The City Palace, Jaipur, is a magnificent royal complex located in the heart of the Pink City. Built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in the 18th century, it showcases a beautiful blend of Rajput, Mughal, and European architecture. Had a really great experience and had the necessary information been provided to elevate the travel experience of our visit to jaipur
He was very polite and knowledgeable, overall excellent.
Thank you, Ajay, for being an amazing guide in Jaipur! We only had one day in the Pink City and a long list of places we wanted to see, but Ajay managed to fit everything in smoothly without it ever feeling rushed. We visited Hawa Mahal and Amber Fort, both on our bucket list. He brought the places to life by explaining the history and traditions in a way that was easy to follow and interesting. Along the way, Ajay took us to Gaitor Ki Chhatriyan, a peaceful and beautiful royal cenotaph complex. We also visited Jantar Mantar, the astronomical observatory, which was fascinating to see and added another layer to understanding Jaipur’s scientific and historical heritage. After that, we stopped at a hilltop temple filled with monkeys, a welcome spiritual and natural break away from the busy city. After spending a lot of time in the car the previous days, I asked to walk through the old city, and Ajay happily guided us through the narrow streets of Jaipur. It was great to see the old doors and buildings up close and walk through the spice and flower markets, with all their colors and scents. Ajay has a degree in history, and it really shows in the way he shares his knowledge. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and flexible throughout the day. He also took many great photos of us at the best spots, which we really appreciated. Thanks again Ajay for a very memorable introduction to Jaipur.
I went on a tour with Ajay around the golden triangle and Shimla. I would highly recommend Ajay who is extremely knowledgeable on the places we visited which made our tour so enjoyable. He also has a good sense of humour and is calm under pressure

Visited Jaipur on our North India tour and stated 3 days. Our very friendly and knowledgeable guide Ajay took us to the main sites like Jantar Mantar, City Palace, Amber Palace and Birla Mandir. Ajay explained well all of the history behind the various sites and times. He accommodated well the needs of a middle sized group and we felt very well looked after. We also saw a carpet manufacturer and block printing demonstration. Can 100% recommend Jaipur sightseeing with Ajay as guide.
