Thought this was a very good company - Sind's communications prior to the trip were excellent and she was waiting by the ship when we docked - I had organised a small group so there were six of us from the cruise. Throughout the day she worked tirelessly to ensure that we had a good day and experienced as much as possible towards the end she may have even tried too hard to get one last viewing - But take nothing away this is a good company to use and we saw a lot of wildlife and the much provided at a restaurant in the park was Very Good.
We had booked the "Private Safari and Wildlife Tour in Hluhluwe" and discussed all the details with the organizer in advance. We were picked up at the harbor as planned and also spent almost three hours in the north of the Hluhluwe National Park. It was a nice experience, but unfortunately it was not the private tour that we booked, but a group tour in a bus with 10 participants +1 guide for the transfer and +1 driver. When asked, the blame was put on Viator, who allegedly changed the tour description on their own. Only after complaining to Viator did we later received a small refund of around €22 per person. Nevertheless, we are disappointed with the behavior of the guide and the owner. Despite the small refund, the price for a group event was completely overpriced compared to other group tours.
We were on a cruise ship and and wanted to visit, the Zulu cultural village, the Hluhuwe game reserve and the cat conservation project in one day. I reached out to thee local guides in Richards Bay and Sindi responded immediately with a prfessional quote, timeline and pricing. My questions were promptly answered and Sindi and Thobeka were at the dock punctually to pick us up. They are from Richards Bay and know alot about the history and the culture and they are both extremely personable and wanted to make sure we had an excellent time. We would not have been any happier with the services provided,
We had a nice tour of the Hluhluwe - iMfolozi Park where we saw the wild animals, the experience was great ! Sindi is very kind and she knows her stuff.
