Full day deep water soloing - Kayaking in Cat Ba - Ha Long Bay.

I had an amazing day on this tour. I had never done deep water solo climbing before and it was a perfect introduction. There were routes for both beginners and more experienced climbers. Ninh was a great guide! I would highly recommend this tour!!

Such an amazing day. The routes ranged in difficulty, so there was something for everyone, and our guide Ninh was awesome — super knowledgeable about all the climbs. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Amazing trip with Ninh as our guide. He knew the best spots and times to coordinate climbing with the tides. He planned additional trips throughout the rest of our day. Each activity was planned during times to avoid other tourists and crowds. The boat was an amazing experience to see the area and the food was the best I’ve had in Vietnam.

I went for the 2D1N cruise with deep water solo. It was a great experience, and climbers will love it. You will kayak to the wall and start from the kayak. Climbing at low tide is much harder and you will usually have an inclined start before the route starts. My guide was called "Windy", and I had a great time climbing with him!

This was the perfect day out, the best of our vacation! Ninh was an amazing guide. He was so conscientious and structured the day exactly how we wanted. And while we were swimming, he spent that time cleaning trash from the beach. He clearly cares about this place and is excited to share it. I would highly recommend anyone staying in cat ba to use cat ba adventures. I also think it is worth coming to the island rather than doing one of the ha long cruises that leaves from Hanoi. It is so lovely here, and not as crowded as it sounds like a lot of the ha long cruises are. Also, for anyone thinking about deep water soloing, I thought this was the perfect day. The tides would make it difficult to spend the whole day climbing, so spending half the day kayaking and swimming was perfect. I would choose this over any other company that does full-day climbing.

Kai is an amazing guide, been doing it for 30 years, showing us amazing climbs. We had a private boat with a great crew as well- 3 standout meals. Kai will push you while making sure you’re safe.

Super fun day! Our tour guide Ninh was awesome, he took us kayaking through some caves at low tide. At high tide we went to the dws walls a climbed! Ninh brought liquid and dry chalk for us, however the rock is sharp so I would recommend bringing some climbing tape in case you get any scrapes.

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No. It’s Ninh, the best damn guide in the North of Vietnam. This man is everything I’ve ever wanted and more, there’s a shockingly short list of things I wouldn’t trust Ninh to do. Take my girlfriend to dinner (if I had one)? Done. Watch my children (if I had any)? Done. HOLD A CHAIR STEADY ON A MOVING BOAT AS I PULL ONTO A ROCK I HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING ON???? DONE. Ninh deserves a vacation, a raise, and a preemptive pardon from Donald Trump himself after that tour. I didn’t see a single other tourist all day, saw the most amazing places I may ever witness, and had an absolute blast climbing all over the bay. Our group climbs pretty hard and we were worried we were going to be stuck climbing 5.9 all day, fear not, Ninh let me entertain my fantasy that I climb V9 and guided me to some much harder rock. He knew when to share interesting information, and when to let us soak up the views. 5/5 stars, 10/10 big booms, would book again in a heartbeat. Obsessed? perhaps.
