Very exciting and the experience is worth with what we paid for. Tourist guides and the crew are very cordial and go extra mile assisting and always making sure of our safety and for us to enjoy the tour to the fullest. We did have a wonderful and great time. Thank you
the experience might be excellent if it was better organized. However the tour guide was friendly and helpful. He monitored very well the group. So it was rather a good experience but unfortunately not so well organzed

We’re glad to hear that he was friendly, helpful, and attentive in monitoring the group throughout the experience. We will definitely share your compliments with him — it will mean a lot. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the organization of the tour did not fully meet your expectations. Your comments are very important to us, and we take them seriously. We are already reviewing the coordination and flow of the tour to ensure smoother arrangements for future guests. Your feedback helps us improve, and we genuinely appreciate your honesty. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better and more seamless experience next time. Thank you again for choosing us. 🌴
Didn't think it was worth more than the cheaper Tour A or B. But that may be because the weather was bad and we had to skip a few stops. The food was good and the guide was nice.
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that the tour did not fully meet your expectations in terms of value. Unfortunately, weather conditions can sometimes affect the itinerary and may require us to skip certain stops for safety reasons. Guest safety is always our top priority, especially during island tours here in Coron. That said, we truly appreciate your kind comments about the food and your guide. We’re happy to know you enjoyed the meals and found the guide nice and accommodating. We will be sure to pass along your compliments to the team. Your feedback is very important to us as it helps us improve our service and guest experience. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again under better weather conditions for a more complete and memorable tour. Thank you again for choosing us. 🌴
Do NOT book this tour. It’s 33% overpriced, the driver never picked us up, and we were told last minute to get ourselves to the boats at our own expense. On an 8-hour tour, we got one cup of water total. In extreme heat. Unacceptable. A reasonable 25% refund was instantly denied. Terrible service, terrible guides. Book locally in Coron instead.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we take your concerns seriously. Regarding the pickup, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. In rare cases, last-minute logistical issues may occur due to traffic conditions, vehicle availability, or coordination challenges with shared tours. However, we understand that being asked to arrange your own transport at your own expense was frustrating, and this is not the level of service we aim to provide. In terms of pricing, our rates are based on licensed boats, accredited guides, entrance fees, permits, lunch, and safety requirements set by the local tourism authority. Prices may be higher than some local street offers, but they reflect regulated operations and inclusions. That said, we understand that perceived value is subjective, and we regret that you felt the tour was overpriced. Regarding water, standard inclusions provide drinking water refills on board; however, we acknowledge that this was clearly insufficient in your case, especially given the weather conditions. We agree this should have been handled better, and we are reviewing this internally with our guides and boat crew. As for the refund request, partial refunds are evaluated based on services rendered and non-refundable costs already paid to operators, permits, and crew. While we understand your perspective, this is why the refund request could not be approved at the time. That said, we regret that the explanation may not have been communicated clearly or empathetically. We are very sorry that your overall impression was negative. Your feedback has been noted and will be used to address gaps in coordination, guest care, and on-tour communication. While we regret that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion, we genuinely appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
The overall experience was okay, but not the best by any means. The tuktuk driver arrived to collect us at 7:55am despite it being confirmed the day before that pick up was between 8:30am and 9am, so we had to ask him to wait whilst we got ready. The drive lasted 2 minutes and was definitely walkable from the centre of Coron Town. Upon arriving at the Port area at 8:10am, we were told we were “waiting for more group members to arrive”. After everyone had arrived we had to continue waiting until 9:20am until boarding. Whilst we were waiting to leave, the staff sold “optional extras” of snorkeling gear and kayak hire to be used at certain stops. We opted not to hire anything as we had our own swimming equipment. Once we left the Port area at 9:20am, we proceeded to only move a 300m up the coast where we had to wait 25 minutes for a member of the crew to kayak to shore and collect any kayaks that had been hired. We finally left the Coron area about 9:50am, despite the 7:55am pickup. At our first stop, which was the Green Lagoon and Blue Lagoon, we were informed that only people who hired Kayaks could participate. No instruction was given to anyone who had no Kayak, and when asked we were simply told we had to “wait for an hour until the kayaks come back”. After waiting we proceeded to the inland Lake (I can’t remember the name). This had a total of 370 steps each way. Whilst this wasn’t an issue for us, an elderly member of our group struggled. We would not recommend for people with mobility issues. After Lunch, we proceeded to another Kayak location, however swimming here was more accessible. We then proceeded to a beach formerly laid out in the itinerary. However we were strongly encouraged into a “democratic” vote to decide not to go as it was “very bad” according to the guides. The final two stops were the Skeleton Wreck and the Coral Gardens. These two saved the trip and are worth a visit in their own right.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate hearing about your experience, as it helps us improve our services. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the early pickup time. While we try to coordinate pickup schedules carefully, delays or early arrivals can sometimes occur due to multiple hotel locations and shared transportation. That said, we understand this caused disruption to your morning, and we’re sorry for that. Regarding the waiting time at the port, island hopping tours in Coron are group tours and are subject to coordination with other guests, boat crew, and port clearance. Unfortunately, these factors can occasionally result in longer waiting periods before departure. We acknowledge that this was longer than ideal and appreciate your patience. For the optional rentals (kayaks and snorkeling gear), these are offered for guests who prefer not to bring their own equipment. However, we sincerely apologize if it was not clearly explained beforehand that certain lagoons have restrictions and are primarily accessible by kayak only, as swimming is not allowed in some protected areas. We agree that clearer briefing should have been provided, especially for guests without kayaks, and we will address this with our guides. Thank you as well for pointing out the accessibility concerns at the inland lake. We do inform guests that some destinations involve stair climbing and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues, but we acknowledge that this should be emphasized more clearly, particularly for elderly guests. With regard to the itinerary adjustment, our guides sometimes suggest alternative stops based on sea conditions, crowd levels, or safety concerns, always with the intention of ensuring a safer and more enjoyable experience for the group. However, we understand how this may have felt disappointing if expectations were different. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the Skeleton Wreck and Coral Garden, as these are indeed highlights of the tour and among Coron’s most loved sites. Once again, we appreciate your honest feedback and sincerely apologize for the aspects of the tour that did not meet your expectations. Your comments have been noted and will help us improve our coordination, briefings, and overall guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Comms were great via Viator Messaging and WhatsApp Messaging with H&H Tours. They said they would pick up all 11 of us at the hotel, and they did have a large shuttle for us all plus more people. Staff were waiting at the drop off point, and guided us to our tour guide. We decided we wanted to rent snorkels and kayaks, which matched the pricing listed on the Viator App. We paid at the end of the day . Mark was very helpful and kind guide. We saw Twin Lagoons, Barracuda Lake, Kanyangan Lake, had a delicious lunch of Adobo, Fish, pinakbet, pineapple, lumpia, rice, watermelon and veggies and baby bananas on the day we went. We ate right on the boat - it was all spread on the table when we returned from the Lake! Afterwards we visited a beach and the Irako Shipwreck and Coral Garden. It was a lovely tour, so much fun, and the guide even took some awesome underwater videos for me on my phone since I personally didn't want to snorkel! The snack was a wrapped, fried banana and it was delicious. If I had a complaint, it's only that my lactose intolerant self couldn't eat the cheesy stuffed lumpia, but really the whole day was perfect.
This tour was awesome! All the areas are so insanely beautiful! Only downfall of course is the crowd but that’s to be expected! Otherwise Toto and his crew were awesome!
Make sure you ask how much any rental gear is from multiple people. One of the employees "Vince", try to scam me out of 150 pesos for himself on top of 1000 pesos which I gave him for the rentals on the boat in which he stated he didn't have change yet until we got on land. Once on land after giving him the 1000 already said I never gave him the money. The rest of the crew was great just watch out for Vince.
Hi Joshua, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience regarding the rental gear and the confusion around the payment. This is certainly not the type of interaction we want any of our guests to have, and we take allegations like this very seriously. Please know that we will be investigating this matter thoroughly, including speaking directly with Vince and the rest of the crew to get a full understanding of what happened. We absolutely do not condone any behavior that compromises the trust and comfort of our guests. We also appreciate your kind words about the rest of the crew, and we're glad they made a positive impression during your trip. In the meantime, we strongly encourage guests to always ask for receipts and confirm all payments with the main office whenever possible to avoid any misunderstandings. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve both our service and accountability moving forward.
Great tour with excellent and knowledgeable guides and a nice lunch provided. Snorkeling gear not provided but is available for hire
The tour is worth an experience. However, you have to pay extra for the snorkel equipment and the kayak. Lunch was there and very delicious.
