This tour was very disappointing. We waited as instructed and followed all directions, but no pick-up or drop-off came. When he contacted the company, they said, 'I picked you up, but you left because you weren't there.' What's more, he confronted them with a video apparently taken at a different time and refused to refund. I happened to be taking a picture of the same time period, so I used that as evidence to finally get a refund, but it took a few days to negotiate. We wasted a lot of precious time during our limited stay. I booked the service because of its high online word-of-mouth ratings, but the disappointment was even greater. Upon closer inspection, this seems to be a common modus operandi. I'm writing this review to share what actually happened so that other travelers don't have to go through similar experiences. We strongly advise anyone considering booking to be very careful.

An overall good tour with good value. Our guide (Laila) was friendly and professional. We were picked up on time, the shuttle bus was cozy, and everything was as detailed in the description. I recommend. I had a good time. FYI the entrance and tax total 24 USD, bring sunscreen / bug spray / sunglasses
