Our driver will meet with you at your hotel lobby and transfer you to Istanbul airport for your early morning flight to Cappadocia.
Upon your arrival, your guide will be waiting for you outside of the arrivals gate with your name sign. After greetings, you will continue to Cappadocia region.
First meeting with Cappadocia, visiting Three Sisters Fairy Chimneys in Urgup which are the most popular and seen on advertisements. hen we head on to Pigeons Valley, Pigeons have been always important for cappadocian people. That’s why people carved some pigeon houses to keep them in certain places. You will see that the houses for the pigeons are like the houses for the people.
Lunch break in Avanos, centre of terra cotta work of art since 3000 BC. and a demonstration in a traditional pottery workshop
After lunch in Avanos we head to visit the famous Goreme Open Air Museum and see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia in rock-cut churches with frescoes and paintings (10th to 13th century).
Then we descend into the center of the earth in the Kaymakli Underground City one of the largest and the deepest of 200 others in Cappadocia.
Stop by Uchisar Rock-Castle to have a panoramic view of the valleys of Cappadocia. Transfer to Cappadocia airport for your flight back to Istanbul.

Highly recommend! It was amazing to be able to explore another area of Turkey even if for a short time. We learned so much from our guide and were able to explore many breathtaking areas in Cappadocia. Be prepared for a long day! Despite this it was one of the highlights of our trip:)

Cappadocia is a beautiful archeological wonder. Yasmine was a very good guide, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She and our driver were wonderful. Everything went as planned except our greeter and driver at the end of the tour (at 2300) were not present. We stood in the cold trying without success to phone them when another man helped us. Then the greeter wanted us to wait in the cold until the drive arrived from the car park. When I complained about the wait in the cold, he led us to the van in the car park. They were not where they were supposed to be leaving us in the cold and offered no apology. Otherwise the trip went very well.
